Fast delivery. Good products

Fast delivery, everything was package careful. Expiration dates on all products was far out so did not have ro rush to use products. I will definitely be ordering again.

First of all I very rarely write…

First of all I very rarely write reviews unless I receive exceptional service or in this case very poor service. I'll be totally honest the goods were excellent, 3 feastables bars at £2.75 expensive for 60g of choc per bar but a present for my son. I paid on Wednesday night for next day delivery but it arrived on Saturday instead of Friday. For an £8 odd order 5 pound delivery is expensive but next day is not too bad. As advertised next day delivery £4.99. I received a. Amazon email to say it would come on the Saturday but I needed it for the Friday for my sons birthday. I emailed american food mart for a refund or partial refund and they just said I could refuse delivery blaming amazon. It's their responsibility as I paid them not amazon. Very disappointed and wont use again. Instead will just use amazon where next day means next day.

Just to provide some context, orders placed after 1:00pm are usualy processed the following working day. This means that an order placed on Wednesday evening would typically be dispatched on Thursday.

We send orders using Amazon’s Next Day delivery service; however, on rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. If a parcel arrives later than needed - we recommend refusing delivery so it can be returned to us, at which point we'll be happy to arrange a full refund.
