Received new router from cable company…

Received new router from cable company and had to set up existing cameras with it. A tech named Kyle from Amcrest did an excellent job in accomplishing the above. He not only set up the cameras and NVR but explained the process in a language that I could understand (he did not say things that I would not understand). Great job! Thanks!

Brilliant product and service

I have a tilting camera I bought for about £100 and when I've had set up problems they have a fantastic after sales phone number that helps with any technical enquiry. I think they are brilliant!!!

So far my experience with Amcrest.com is a total shambles. They are not interested in customer service whatsoever. They have taken my money and I have heard nothing back from them, nor have I had any delivery.
