Absolutely disgusting service to the community...
I am surprised that the government continue to fund this practice whilst it is run in such an appalling way.
Doctors are booked up months in advance so if you want to get an appointment you have to jump on the phone that morning.
When you do telephone it takes ages to get through, by which time all the appointments are gone. Its literally impossible to get an appointment.
If you are elderly or frail or in need of support that you cant take to A&E you could literally die before you get an appointment.
Combine that with a very average group of doctors and facilities straight out of the 1980's and you have a extremely poor example of the UK Health Service.
I wish a local politician would investigate this surgery because they are clearly taking money under false pretenses.
