Arrived today, personalise baby romper, quality is lovely and the personalisation is beautiful, I also changed my mind after I ordered and wanted the middle name adding, after emailing support they got back to me promptly and changed it no questions asked, delivered 2 days later! Will be ordering again!

Fab quality. Amazing service! Would recommend!

Received a knitted romper set ready for my babys first outfit.
Came the writing was very small compared to all the ones posted on social media as well as the writing not straight. When contacted had a response to say its meant to be "not straight" as it follows the seams yet every other one posted and plenty others that have been posted since are all perfect and straight.
Cost me £60 for this to just go to waste.
Have emailed numerous times with also sending photos of the latest ones shes done to show the difference but yet to get any further response now from them.
Now having to pay for a better quality one from elsewhere.

An amazing business I highly recommend supporting. I got in touch to see how quickly they could get me an item as I left my order white last minute! They got my jumper out to me very quickly (it arrived the next day) and it is just perfect. Both the quality of the jumper and the personalisation. Amazing business with really great customer service. Would highly recommend - 10 out of 10 across the board.

Ordered from Amber & Noah after hearing such good reviews about the quality and design of their products.
We ordered our son a new bag ready for him to start at a new nursery, only for it to turn up with very wonky & poor quality embroidery, the letters were lowercase & not even embroidered straight! Certain letters were also missing thread completely.
Credit to their customer service as they did arrange a return label after we complained and agreed to have a full refund.
The parcel was sent at the end of April 25.

We then heard or received nothing regarding our refund! Until I emailed this week to query if they ever actually sent our money back. So today, over 4 months LATER we finally got our refund…
This is so disappointing, owing us this money for over 4 months, knowing if I hadn’t of queried this the refund would never have been given to me.

Such a shame as we read so many good reviews & decided to place an order, to have it turn up the way it did was bad enough (we understand mistakes happen) however then to have to chase a refund for our purchase over 4 months later, even when they had received the returned product is so poor on their behalf.

Beautiful quality and lovely company to purchase from, will definitely be ordering from them again!

Absolutely beautiful items, I ordered a personalised jumper and then after I saw they did the £10 surprise personalised which I also purchased. I emailed to see if was easier for them to send together save sending separately if they were ready at the same time, got a reply to which they did this then also refunded me for one postage which I didn’t expect, i genuinely will order again because not only are the items absolutely beautiful they are also genuine in refunding me postage ( which I did not expect)
Will 100% be ordering my daughter a lot more to support this business.

We found Amber and Noah in 2021 and purchased personalised clothes for our son, we loved them. We are now buying bits for both our son and now our daughter and we’ve never been disappointed. The quality is great, sizing is generous so they get lots of wear and look super adorable. The surprise bundles are great when, like me, you have trouble deciding what to buy. We’ve bought hats, jumpers, rompers, loungewear, shorts and T-shirts and there isn’t a time we’ve not been happy with a purchase. Thank you for expanding your range and always giving us something new to buy.
