I'm a new customer and thanks to the ability to change the language of the site, I was easily able to find and purchase the items that I wanted.
It can be a bit of a struggle to find someone willing to ship overseas but thanks to there being multiple sellers it wasn't too big of an issue.

I've been a long time customer with Amazon Japan since 2014. The only things I ever buy from here are Japanese manga, books and magazines. It's a wonderful thing that they do international deliveries which makes my life so much easier. The prices are decent and deliveries are usually fast too. My most recent order was placed on June 6th and I received my parcel on June 10th which was amazing! This was super fast considering the current situation, I was expecting some delays. 5/5.

Great service. Deliveries are fast and punctual and easily arrangeable at Family Mart or Lawson shops open 24/7. The customer care, available in English within seconds on chat, offers outstanding service. You can't beat it. I really feel a valued customer.
Just a couple of things which could be improved. Not all the products yet have a full description in English, and sometimes there are items sold by private sellers which are orders of magnitude more expensive than on Amazon.com, not sure why.

I was ignored and Robbed 3 three times by JAPAN amazon .

Their customer service is ignorant and make mistakes on purpose to force a lawyer

First item cancelled, i never got refund for 49.99 dollar even after a year

The order was never shipped by amazon JAPAN but a system error was made by JAPAN amazon pretending my order for, of course which i paid for just two days ago was shipped the 13 and delivered by hand, when the driver came i met him,

He didnt have nothing to deliver but amazon JAPAN continue writing on the system

I bought a Minna No Ninhongo book for me to learn basic Japanese language and it is nice that Amazon Japan has all the version of it both written in Japanese and English. It was a really good package indeed and totally in a very good condition. Although the shipping fee is a little expensive and took a while for me to receive it but overall, it was a good buy!

I order amino collagen powder last june 17 then until now i didn't recieved my stuff and i called the customer service for asking help but the lady that I've talking for is very rude and she told me she cannot help me..because of my address theres no zip code, anyway im living in abu dhabi UAE and no zip code on this country but my address is correct i give my flat # everything but she dont understand she still want my zipcode . How many times I've orders any kinds of stuff through online but i dont have any problem. I just thinking maybe thats a scam because i ask to give it back my money and she told me she can't help! Good thing that i just order one items because I'm doubting that time..

can't even manage to run a functioning web site. right now i can't login or change my password. I make orders that dissapear after getting email confirmation and am unable to contact customer service. for such a big company they don't get there most basic services right.

I have been shopping with AMAZON JAPAN for more than 7 years. Never ever being disappointed.

amazon sold a fake item to me and there customer service is appauling

Horrible Order exp. with Amazon Japan !!! My order was provideded with misleading information (saying that it was delayed because of revising shipment cost.) and then as I expected the order will go through, it cancelled days later and saying that are unable to secure the stock. Complaint to Customer Service and insult me with a 300 yen (2.7 USD) compensation for a 800 USD order.

Not on par to other services like CDJapan, when buying internationally. Still has much to improve.

Fast delivery to Australia in 4 days! Almost feel like i am shopping in Japan.
Only thing is liquid is prohibited for global shipping, so you can't purchase some cosmetic items. A way around it is to use shipping redirecting services.

The easiest way to shop online without knowing Japanese! Great that they allow to pay in convenience stores!

They ask me for a review, and they rejected it based on some list of rules.
My review was highly positive and was not on the forbidden list!

After lots of emails and phone calls they finally told me that because it is not in Japanese they will not post it.
If you want to sell internationally you must use English! If not just close your website for the rest of the world.
I am buying from Amazon located all over the world, Germany, US, France, UK. It is the first time that this has happen to me.

Excellent service! I thought nothing of it when it stated that shipping and delivery would take 2 days (because overseas shipping is quite haphazard, right?) Who knew in 2 days I get a call from Fed Ex to say that there better be someone home to collect my parcel! I was so pleased! The packaging was excellent, and well protected and I can't be happier with my purchase experience. Definitely worth it.
