They were different from a number of their competitors,who had either not bothered to respond to quotation requests, or failed to provide quotations after having surveyed. They turned up, on time, to survey, and suggested altrnative solutions, as well as stating which pipes we needed to move, and to where.

The surveyor gave a quote, on the spot, and offered a good range of alternatives for the ladders. He also pointed-out the remedial works thay would do, and what I had to do. The quote was less than I had expected. We agreed the deal and the date, imcluding without-penalty cancellations. As the work would be dependent on getting a plumber to move the pipes, they were very flexible in case I had to delay.

The fitter arrived on time, on the due date, and was tidy, efficient and friendly. There was a setback,in that the ladder had been damaged by the supplier, so he had to get a replacement. The replacement supplier was some distance away, but the fitter was back quickly to complete the job.

The quality of the fit and the ladder itself are first class, and the finish was exactly as agreed; I just have to paint the wooden surround, and make good some pre-existing plaster cracks.

I cannot recommend the company highly enough; the staff were excellent, the job was very well priced, and the finish superb. Above all, here is a company which keeps its promises.

From initial enquiry, to the last home visit, I have been really impressed with staff at amazing lofts. Tony arrived promptly to provide a competitive quote and he was my go-to when I needed a few defects corrected.
Initial installation was carried out by Evan and his colleague, both worked hard both days and in the most part didn’t put a foot wrong. A few minor defects which I raised with Tony, and in less than 48hrs a visit by a second installation team (Jay & Liam) was booked in. All issues corrected without any quibble, and like all the staff I dealt with at amazing lofts, everyone was impeccably professional and respectful of my property and me. I’m happy to recommend.

Very efficient, only took a couple of hours, full demonstration on how ladder works, good price.

The response to my query was fast, with Gary coming to undertake the survey within a week. He was very professional, obviously knew his craft and provided a few options. We decided what we wanted and the work was completed on the agreed date. The installers were very efficient and completed the work on time. We are very happy with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Amazing Lofts.

Apart from needing two visits the fitters did a very good job.

Ceri and Liam, the fitters, were fantastic; professional, helpful and friendly and it was very obvious that they really take pride in their work, and I am so happy with the result.

From the start, with the surveyor Brett explained everything in detail. Helped me with any queries etc no pressure sales, excellent young man.
Fitting, Mikey texted before hand estimated time of arrival. Very nice young lads, courteous, kind, nothing was too much trouble. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Jake and Thomas did a great job enlarging my loft hatch and boarding half my loft. The new ladder works great and is really easy to get down and put away. They were kind enough to re-lay my existing insulation under the boarding and the boarding itself is to a really high standard. They were both incredibly friendly and did the whole thing in a few hours which was amazing given how hot it was up there! Would recommend amazing lofts to anyone looking to upgrade their attic space.

A friend of mine recommended Amazing Lofts for loft boarding. Jake and Thomas came yesterday and completed loft boarding in our home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to an excellent standard.

The loft boarding has been fitted perfectly, making the space much more practical and accessible. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy throughout the job.

Due to the water tank, we had a limited space to put the ladder to loft. However they worked out brilliantly , found a solution and fitted the ladder perfectly without using any of the boarded area.

The original call from the surveyor was really helpful and informative.
The tradesman , Micki who came to install the loft hatch and flooring was very good. He was professional and skilled. He explained the process as he went along and was a very personable guy.

As a representative of the company he was the tops, I would recommend him and the company for this type of work.
