Great service.
Great experience right from the survey from Rich who explained all our options to us to the friendly installer Mikey who did a thorough job. Great communication from the company too. Stuck to the scheduled dates and got the work done on time. Would thoroughly recommend.

The boys turned up on time
They were very pleasant and respectful and they finished in about 4 hours. I am very happy with the work they have done and would recommend the company to anyone.

The 2 lads who carried out work were outstanding, job finished on time & work was just what I needed

The young man worked so hard non stop in really unbearable conditions and got the job done on time

They did an amazing job, finished with work,but they also didn't fulfil the entire area, until I have spotted few sections, missed for insulation.

Contract should have been made specifically for clearing attic first or they do clearance, otherwise we will end up in negotiations and felt like trapped situations.

Eventually managed and cleared out and managed to fulfil it.

Had our loft board today by Rich and Mason who were very professional and polite. We had good communication from the office through the process from booking a quote to the installation, and the whole process was very smoth and painless

We had our loft boarded and a ladder fitted today and really pleased with the job. Rich and Mason were great, sent a text 30 mins beforehand to let us know when they would arrive, finished exactly when they said they would and did a great job. Communication was brilliant, had a call the day before to confirm the job they would complete and timings and also a call after they left to check everything was okay. Thanks again!

The team worked hard to suggest areas of savings to keep within our budget. The team sent to install were really polite and made sure the work area was left clean and tidy after the installation.

Brilliant company
First we had dealings with Tony for our survey and quote, Tony is both professional and down to earth, puts you at ease and gives you your options. We worked out what would suit us best and left it with Tony to get the ball rolling.
Date was set then we paid our deposit.
Instalment day, a nice lad called Kian turned up to carry out the works. He covered the carpets & his shoes and cracked on, worked his butt off in the heat and didn’t stop until the job was complete. Once finished he showed us how to get the ladder down and back up and asked us to inspect his work to make sure we were satisfied before signing the job off. Once he left, the office contacted us to see how everything went & we paid the final payment. Everything was so easy. Highly recommend.

Initially, my experience with Amazing Lofts was very positive. The surveyor who came to provide the quotation was friendly, professional, and even arrived early. He was pleasant to deal with throughout the quoting process, communicated well over email, and gave me confidence in both the company and the proposed work. Based on that experience, I decided to book the job.

Unfortunately, that's where things started to go downhill.

The person who turned up to carry out the work was not the same individual who had surveyed the loft and, from what I experienced, didn't appear to be fully aware of the agreed scope of works. I was told the job had been completed, but in reality only around half of the agreed work had been carried out.

I didn't have the opportunity to inspect the work before the installer left (pregnant), and when we eventually accessed the loft, it became clear that what had been completed didn't match the scope of work described during the quotation process or shown in the drawings I had received.

Since then, resolving the issue has been an ongoing battle. When I first contacted Amazing Lofts to raise my concerns, I felt the focus was more on protecting the company's position than on finding a fair resolution. The dispute ultimately had to be referred to an independent body, which unfortunately wasn't able to resolve the matter.

Overall, I found the company unprofessional and disappointing to deal with once problems arose.

Communication was poor throughout, and instead of working constructively to resolve the outstanding issues, I received emails threatening payment collection for work that I do not believe was completed in accordance with the agreed specification.

My experience has left me feeling that the scope of work was not delivered as agreed and that customer service was lacking once the contract had been signed. If I had the opportunity to make the decision again, I would choose a different company. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering loft boarding carefully reviews exactly what is included in the quotation and considers other providers before making a decision.

Reliable and good quality

Was amazed how quick they did the job, loft boards, insulation and a shelf across the beams in two and a half house.

Great results would recommend these guys, very professional and a good price.

The team at Amazing Lofts are always clean and professional. The work is high class, completed quickly and to an excellent standard. We have used them twice, first to start our attic floor and finally to complete the floor and add a new hatch. We would very much recommend Amazing Lofts.

Amazing Lofts were just as the name says amazing, service was great, 1 man arrived worked very hard & in temperatures you wouldn't want to work in & in a loft too, got on with it, very experienced, fantastic person friendly but professional & tidied up after himself, would recommend them to anyone

On one of the warmest days this summer, the guys worked solidly to completely redo our loft to an easy to use storage area. The knock on is a tidy uncluttered house! The guys were so helpful and charming even on such a stressful day. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company!!

Great from start to finish . Phil explained all the details and the cost of the job . The guys worked really hard and left my home spotless removing all the rubbish. I would recommend to family and friends excellent service from reception right through to the end.
