Order never arrived! No response on emails.

Waiting for more than three years for a pre-order and zero response from their side. I've reached out multiple times, zero response. DO NOT BUY!

PETER GENTNER IS A THIEF. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR MONEY. He takes preorder money in full but the items never arrive. He does not answer emails and the phone is never answered.

Item took ages only for me to recieve the wrong item, no response from company! Absolute garbage

If I could give this site anything lower than a 1 then I would. Absolute scam site. Ordered at the beginning of December and we’re now in July and still nothing. They don’t answer emails. They are thieves, stealing peoples money, I am taking it further. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the Robert Smith vinyl pop figure on June 5th and I’ve never received it. I’ve emailed twice and they do not answer emails either.
Avoid at all costs! Scam site or very unprofessional…I’m not sure which one.

Pre-Order, waited for over a year and Item never sent, tried to contact numerous times, will be attempting a charge back. SCAM

I order funko pop pre-order Eddie and they never send it. It was supposed to be my child christmas present 😒 Now they wont answer my email.

Pre-ordered several Funko Pops, order confirmed and everything seemed fine. Price was competitive, nothing crazy. However, items were never sent and after trying to contact them by email or through their contact form there have been zero replies.

I will never order from them again and advice others to avoid!

I ordered an in-stock product on Tuesday April 4 in the evening (the product was also sold on the seller's ebay store named xxAmazing-Collectiblesxx ).
The product was shipped with DHL.de on Thursday April 6th afternoon.
Delivered in France on Thursday April 13. (Friday 7 and Monday 10 April were public holidays in Germany).
Product received as described (new and sealed), well protected. Very good experience with this site.

Scam site DO NOT USE. They are thieves who simply place an order with Funko Pop add 10% then cherry pick and keep the Pops they want and then never reply to you once you realise what they've done. Complete thieves. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Excellent service, really great communication and fair pricing. I would recommend this store, as I'm very happy with their customer service and the quality of the products they sell. The owner seems very trustworthy, honest and open. Here your money is in safe hands.

Ordered this over two months ago paid in full with shipping was given tracking for dhl but never moved becuase was never dipatched as contacted DHL emailed peter he generated another tracking still not work why becuase never bloody dispatched hasnt answered last two emails no refund or replacement after two months absolutely a disgrace to the collecting community basically stealing money from people avoid at all costs ill be dealing with this another way
Updated got this sorted in the end after 3 months courier messed
up so i do say a big thanks to peter in store thanks again
