Fantastic service. Ordered a couple of genuine spares for my Japanese import Nissan Serena. Was getting some pretty ridiculous quotes for used parts in the UK, so after some searching, ended up paying less money for brand-new genuine spares through Amayama. Website was easy to order parts from and delivery from Osaka to my doorstep in the UK in five days. Great to have a reliable source for spares in Japan. Thanks very much for the excellent communication and first class service. I’ll be back !!!

this company is to be highly recommended. They will go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. Prices are very reasonable too.

The Amayama team is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We wanted to order a part for a Toyota Alphard and pay using credit card but that was not an option on the website as the default currency is USD and payment mode for USD is PayPal. After contacting Customer Service, they immediately understood the request and updated our order currency to JPY to allow payment by credit card. The overall experience was very pleasant and we highly recommend Amayama if you are looking for any automotive OEM parts.

Ordered head bolts to complete a job on a Toyota Altezza and they never showed up. I messaged @AmayamaTradingCo.Ltd. to let them know. This was their response:
"our system is fully automated and supported by an authorized scanning unit. Each package is packed only after scanning every individual item, which significantly reduces the chances of any item being missed, the ratio of missing item complaints we receive is extremely low (approximately 1 in 10,000 shipments)"
So they decided not to do anything about missing the item in the shipment because their automation system is far superior to our mortal eyes.
So... I ordered the parts again, guess what.... they didnt arrive the second time! I'm not even kidding, exact same part and this time another item was also not sent. So now i'm missing 3 items for my head job.
This company is full of condescending assholes who don't care about customers as their non-response showes. If your items actually arrive then a HUGE congrats because if they don't.... well... you're getting an automated message about how they don't care and aren't gonna do anything about it. NO REFUND. Thanks @AmayamaTradingCo.Ltd automation for turning a customer into an advocate for supporting any other company who actually uses humility when considering their customers concerns. As soon as @AmayamaTradingCo.Ltd takes this review down i will replace it with a worse one.
Hope this has helped someone somewhere out there, I've been stuck waiting on parts that didn't arrive for 3 months from these morons and managed to find the remaining items from more reputable sellers.

I spent hours on the internet looking for a part for a 40 year old Nissan before finding this company. They had the part at a very reasonable price and shipped it from Japan to the UK in 4 days.

Amayama has great prices, fast shipping, transparent updates on order status and parts you cannot get in the USA from a dealer. Great service, highly recommend.

I ordered a toyota part ..local dealer told me £35 while everything included shipped is £13 ..though it took some time in terms of delivery but process is easy and team is approachable over their platform

This is the second time that I have ordered from this company and I must say that their customer service is very efficent.

I have ordered products since 2025 and I can't tell You how mindblown I am by the incredible customer service and OEM parts and the price. Parts arrive within 2 weeks to 2 months usually and one amazing incident was regarding Iran war, my order got cancelled after 2 months but they offered to order from Japan not UAE now and also a refund and discounted new invoice. What company does that???!!!! I have dealt with Lexus dealers and they rip You apart and blame You but Amayama is literally the best source for Lexus parts! Recommend to everyone I can't be grateful enough, they also have parts that aren't available in any of Europe or even Ebay international meaning some parts are impossible to get if not for them existing. HEAVILY RECOMMEND DO NOT SHOOT YOURSELF IN THE LEG WITH OVERPRICED PURCHASES! I hope amayama gets bigger and bigger for faster shipping times but it's worth the wait because as I said You won't get some parts from anywhere in the world but them! DYOR!
