From purchase to delivery it was an easy path.
The app that informs you of delivery times is great and allows you to go about other tasks rather than having to wait for hours for the delivery. The delivery person’s were polite and efficient.

I'm really pleased with the armchairs I've just purchased.
Staff were great with my choice selection, and also the change of mind on my initial choice wasn't a problem.
As a senior purchaser it was definitely worth paying for the assembly and packaging removal on delivery.

The electric recliner was delivered on time, and I love it. No problems at all, unlike the matching 2-seater which was faulty from day 1. BUT...even though I paid for delivery, package removal and assembly, apparently it was put on the wrong truck as it was only meant to be delivered. BUT...again...the delivery guys were great and rectified the situation without any fuss or bother. Just a shame Amart can't get everything right first-time round, as it would save a lot of time and effort for everyone.
