I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. The store was well presented, there was a good range of products available, and the pricing was competitive.
I also appreciated how easy it was to research products on the website and keep an eye out for sales before making my purchase. The whole process, from choosing my product to checkout and arranging delivery, was smooth and straightforward.

The electric recliner was delivered on time, and I love it. No problems at all, unlike the matching 2-seater which was faulty from day 1. BUT...even though I paid for delivery, package removal and assembly, apparently it was put on the wrong truck as it was only meant to be delivered. BUT...again...the delivery guys were great and rectified the situation without any fuss or bother. Just a shame Amart can't get everything right first-time round, as it would save a lot of time and effort for everyone.

Great service and range of products

Dishonest and charlatan conduct are the hallmarks of this firm. Paid for 3 stools at the Logan store on 1 August but no-one said until payment made that the goods were supposedly 45 minutes away in a warehouse. On arrival there, storeman claimed that salesperson had sent through wrong form so no goods available. Salesperson then rang me and promised delivery to a nearby address on 3 August. It never happened. By 5 August, "revised" offer: drive another 90 minutes round trip and wait another 30 mins minimum to collect the goods, or get refund. That is, more lies, channelled via same salesperson (supposedly assistant manager). Clearly however it's company policy. Don't waste your resources on these fraudsters. And let responsible government agency know, plus friends.

Products purchased were of good quality, fairly priced given it was a sale. Emily on the help desk was very helpful and made the process of adding an item to my order easy.
