I was left with 4 massive boxes of cardboard. After enquiry, I was told the rubbish could have been taken away for an extra fee. Third set of couches I've had delivered here, the only one where I've been left with the rubbish. There's also a few screws poking out that are pretty dangerous. The drawer part doesn't fit properly either.

Warehouse staff were great, good communication and I appreciate them holding onto the couch for so long.

Booking the delivery was fast and efficient, delivery within the week as well.

Other than the issues I mentioned, the couch is great :)

Sonya, North Lakes store, went above and beyond to provide excellent, patient customer service! My review is based entirely on this fantastic initial interaction. I won’t receive the two products I ordered until the end of this year or early next year, so I will update my feedback on the items themselves once they arrive.

Amart advised my order would be ready within 1 week. Instead, it took 3 weeks, with no updates unless I chased them.

At 2 pm Friday, I received a collection email. I drove to the Oxley store based on the address provided and the advertised 5:30 pm closing time, only to discover the warehouse is at a different location and closes at 5 pm. Neither was clearly communicated.

I was Sold the Alfred chair and suffered 3 months of pain before a warranty claim turned into a replacement free of charge at my choice. But this could have been avoided if the first sales woman actually listened too my needs. The warranty team where good enough too let me go in a good a direct swap over. I chose a couch a bit more expensive and paid the price. So overall not 5 stars. But for them resolving a issue such the size and impact of this. Deserves a 5 star. Thanks

Staff were respectful with a great attitude. Very organised, delivery time frame with tracking on the phone was great. Very quick and cleaned up the mess, there were no problems at all. Very pleased with the delivery service.

Just that there delivery system does not work and that they should check the consumer receives all stock

The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to sell at a better price. It all added up to a great experience.

Disregarding the delivery everything else went smoothly and no complaints.
Also no problems with the staff at Glendale Amart.
They were very helpful and tried their best to get it sorted but they could not get any help from the Warehouse. Have to wait a week to get the missing seat delivered.

Lovely lounge, sales team were all friendly, the lounge arrived a week early. Delivery people were great. It was only the times I was told that were incorrect and cost me money for no reason. But overall, it’s all good.

Great products, price, location and experience staffs.

Just spent almost 4K at Amart Butler on a new mattress and bedding. I just have to complement the sales assistant and all the staff there. Nothing was too much trouble, value for price was excellent. Only wish I’d got the sales assistants name as she was really lovely and very knowledgeable. Great experience all round
