overall product is good but missing parts... i had to buy it from bujnnings to complete the assembly.

Kind great customer service and great delivery service

Purchase, communication and delivery were excellent.

The products were good. I was not really happy the process of buying these products. Further more, the products were not delivered within the promised delivery timeframes.

Bana at customer service was really helpful and insightful about the product and help me with what I needed.

Customer service in store was friendly and knowledgeable. I chose a 2 seater electric recliner which was very reasonably priced. It was in stock and delivered within a few days. Contact by delivery team was great and you always knew the eta. Qujick and easy delivery and assembled within a few minutes.

Glen the sales person at the Bankstown store worked well with us to select from the available products, Dining Table, TV stand, Coffee Table, Side Table, Lounges, Queen Bed & Mattress and King Single Mattress for refurbishing our home.

The quality of the product is poor, which makes assembly difficult. It comes flat packed, which I wasn't advised of when purchasing. The availability of the product was extended from a "few" weeks to 7 weeks. However, staff at AMart did inform me of the delay and despite the condescending way I was spoken to when I enquired about delivery, staff were polite.

The Sales staff was very professional and helped greatly with all the products. However upon delivery, the 2 Indian delivery individuals refused to assemble the furniture even though we had a physical invoice that stated we’d paid for the service. That ruined the whole experience. Started great, ended awfully.

Our delivery date was earlier than we expected, which was great timing for us. The whole process, from initially purchasing our bedroom furniture to it being delivered, was a very positive experience. Everyone involved were very efficient, helpful, professional and friendly.

Fantastic, No-Pressure Experience!
I advised Glenda I was "just looking," but I ended up walking out a very happy customer. Instead of being pushy, Glenda answered all my questions, and showed me the exact lounges I was considering for a future purchase. What really got me over the line was the combination of a fabulous sale and the Latitude Finance options she mentioned. There was absolutely no pushy sales pitch—just friendly, down-to-earth service. Highly recommend!

The sofa bed was not delivered to my place
