I came into the Amart store knowing exactly what I wanted. Paul, your sales representative, greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what I was looking for, and he immediately directed me to the right sections, the lounges were spread out in various areas.

We discussed a few different options before finding the perfect lounge. Paul answered all of my questions, completed the purchase efficiently, and then moved straight on to assist the next customer. His service was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A perfect 10 out of 10.

I would also like to compliment your entire store team. While I was browsing, two other sales representatives also approached me to see if I needed any assistance. In many furniture stores, it can be difficult to find someone to help, or staff are gathered behind the counter. At Amart, it was clear that your team is proactive, attentive, and genuinely wants to help customers.

It was a very positive shopping experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store to others.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Amart! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.

The delivery was prompt and right on time, which I really appreciated. Wayne, the customer service representative who helped me, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything easy.

The delivery team were also fantastic. They were polite, efficient, and took great care while delivering!

Very knowledgeable, professional and non-pushy sales rep. The prices as Amart Furniture were much more reasonable than what we saw at Harvey Norman and Plush.

Customer service? There is no customer service for it to be bad. Ordered an item online. Haven't heard anything from them about when it will be shipped, a week later tried to contact someone to ask, but the only way to contact them is online chat, which doesn't exist.

Amart Glendale sold me lounge that took 12 weeks to arrive. Delivery cost $130 to travel 1 km. The delivery guys dumped to huge boxes, one upside down in my lounge room. They said I was lucky they fit through the door or they would have dumped them in the garage. Being elderly I asked for help unpacking. They said you’ll be right and left. I phoned the Glendale store for the help but the manager, Hayden, was rude, arrogant, refused to help. Disgusting service. He said if I paid an additional $100 he might get someone out in a few weeks.As I started to speak he hung up on me. I will warn everyone not to buy from Amart Glendale!
