Good experience from beginning to end
The staff were friendly, informative & not pushy, allowing me to sit & ponder which product I would eventually purchase. The stock was available for delivery within days & the warranty on the couch I purchased was better than any of the other stores I visited. The delivery men were all polite & friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. When they discovered one of the parts was missing, they were apologetic (even though it was not their fault) & came back the same day as promised. Once again, they apologised and were very friendly, assembling & positioning the couch for me.

Seamless from ordering to delivery
I ordered online on Monday evening and was contacted by email the following morning to arrange delivery. Delivery was booked for Thursday, only a few days after ordering, and the entire process was seamless.
Communication was excellent, tracking was provided and accurate, and the delivery arrived as advised. From placing the order through to receiving it, everything was straightforward and efficient.
Really impressed with the overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Amart again.
