The absolute worst

The absolute worst. The delivery person didn't call my apartment. I was home all day. Received a message that they attempted the delivery but weren't able to deliver.
To reattempt delivery they advise chatting online or using their website. Neither of these things work. Redelivery isn't possible.
Why do business continue to use this useless service?
I'd prefer to pay for aus post, personally.

We had a very disappointing experience…

We had a very disappointing experience with Aramex in Epping, VIC. We booked a pickup in advance due to the Easter holiday, but no driver arrived on the scheduled day.

Later, we received a false update claiming that a pickup was attempted and the parcel was not ready — which is completely untrue. The parcel was ready all day.

Even after rebooking, the driver came near our showroom but did not stop or attempt contact and left immediately. This was recorded on video, and there were witnesses present.

This kind of misleading information and poor service is unacceptable. It wastes business time and raises serious concerns about how pickups are being reported.

Would not recommend.

Don’t use this company.

My parcel was sent back to depot saying address wrong which it wasn’t have contacted them 3 times to arrange re delivery via email and phone contact haven’t recieved any emails back and the person on the phone didn’t understand anything I was saying. I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive I hope it’s been nearly a week and they are in my local area which is more frustrating.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Being physically handicapped I am stuck at home most of the time yet still get them claiming to have attempted delivery when I have been at home all day. It usually takes days for them to actually get around to delivering the item which they have for me and I have to keep watch the whole time to make sure that the delivery guy doesn't just take a picture of the place and walk off without knocking.

Ah absolute horror story every time I…

Ah absolute horror story every time I see it's Amarex that are being used.

They never show up, never leave a card, never ring, never knock and have zero ways you can meaningfully contact them.

You just get an email saying couldn't deliver and it's on you to chase, with them having the audacity to charge you an additional redelivery fee for the privilege. I'd honestly rather stick rusty nails in my eyes than deal with them ever again.

worful delivery service

Senders, please don't choose Amarex. Unfortunately, another one to add to the mix. I'm sure there are many other storey's like it. I ordered something online. The sender chose Amarex with Authority to leave but the delivery driver decided not to leave it, and instead returned it to the depot which is a 90 min round drive from my house. I went online to track and request redeivery but I couldn't arrange on line. The online chat feature was unable to connect me to an agent. I then called. got through to the call centre to as for redelivery. They said I had to pay a fee to have the parcel delivered, even though I already paid for delivery AND the sender chose authority to leave. I have logged an online dispute. See what come of it.

Worst shipping company

Worst shipping company. So far have never received a parcel shipped by them and the online team takes weeks to reply to am email. No calling card is ever left and the tracking is useless as it ‘requires more information’ (not something I can supply but from their end). I just end up getting refunds from the original company and buying from elsewhere. So dissatisfied.

Absolute joke of a ‘transport’ company

I am in Sydney, I have 1 parcel that they picked up in Melbourne on the 2/12/24 it is now the 22/12/24 and tracking has not been updated since.
Another parcel was picked up in Sydney and now has been sent to Brisbane! I am in Sydney!!
You send emails and just get the automated ‘ dear valued customer’ shipping times/covid/blah blah.
If you can, avoid and don’t by from any vendor that uses amarex!

UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT Bloomix…

I have ordered flowers through Bloomix and on initial contact, I was treated with disrespect, confusion, inability to understand my query pertaining to delivery not being received. I was advised that the fault lies directly at the feet of the delivery company being Amarex. I have tried to contact said company via email and/or phone, with absolutely no satisfaction. The phone number actually advises this number is no longer in existence.

Amarex is the worst

Amarex is the worst. I can't believe Amazon is still using them. Items just sat in their facility for over a week and I finally had to cancel my order and hopefully I will get my money back.

Stay away, worst company ever

Worst shipping company you can do business with, they never update the tracking, they never try to deliver the package, they say they did and take it to the depot, if you want to reorganise the delivery you have to pay extras and the same problem will keep happening, Worst customer service ever, you call and they do not and for hours

This company Aramex Australia is PATHETIC!
The telephone number listed on Aramex Australia website for Townsville is not even connected.
(See screenshot below).
The phone number for Aramex Australia Townsville that is, connects through to an OVERSEAS CALL CENTER!

This is LOGISTICS INFORMATION we are talking about here, names and addresses of businesses and residents etc.
Companies entrusted with the carriage of goods like Aramex Australia should have phone numbers listed for the local Aramex Australia depots in case of problems, VERY LITTLE AN OVERSEAS CALL CENTER CAN DO!

A REPUTALE carrier service call center/customer service is in contact with their depots and the depots are in contact with drivers all the time.
Also, and most importantly, many of these overseas call centers use servers BASSED IN CHINA, and we all know how secure THEY are!

An Australian logistics company such as Aramex Australia should have their support staff based here in Australia, not shift problems OVERSEAS for THEM to deal with!

It is now 7pm and one has still not received the delivery after being notified by email at 6.15am this morning (13 hours ago) that the delivery is coming today.

One has also just realized that I have written another review of these vermin on here, also worth reading.

If Aramex Australia does not want to communicate with Aussie folk then "F" them! They will be receiving no more business from my companies!!
