I ordered 2 garden recliners Sunday lunchtime and they were delivered to my workplace on Tuesday afternoon! Extremely satisfied with the service.

Brilliant product at a great price. Ordered on Sunday afternoon and received the delivery on Tuesday morning, very impressed.

I recently found the Alton Garden Centre online, which was a stroke of good luck. I bought 2kgs of Chapelwood Mealworms, which were cheaper than Amazon !! by about £4. That in itself was a bonus. The free delivery offered gave me a choice of delivery date followed by a series of emails with tracking information down to the very hour the delivery would take place and finally to inform me that the delivery had taken place. Such efficiency is very rare these days. Thank you very much, it was really appreciated.

Ordered some gift vouchers on as I do not live near an Altons, for someone who does. Ordering reasonably easy, couple of cloches but ok. Arrived first class recorded next day. Brilliant

I was very impressed with both the price and the service I received. I received my water feature the day after ordering it and was very impressed when I received a text message stating the hour time slot in which it was to be delivered, this was very helpful. I was so happy with my water feature that I ordered another one the next day and have recommended this company to friends and family. I will definitely order from this company again :)

phoned for details of water feature. staff helpful and knowledgeable about item. ordered on line "easy to do" no fuss payments on line. product arrived when stated. good shopping experience would order items from garden centre (on-line) again. same item on-line and in other garden centres a lot more expensive.

I ordered an outdoor furniture cover on Friday, it arrived on Monday as stated when ordering, just in time to save my new furniture from getting soaked. The price was the cheapest I could find and the customer service was impeccable.

The website was easy to navigate, not too elaborate but plenty clear relevant information. Registration and checkout went unbelievably smoothly. Immediate acknowledgement was followed by a speedy delivery. Flawless. Wow.

ordered on Tuesday 4 June (bank holiday) and delivered free of charge on Thursday 7 June

I got the sticky bug bands for my young Apple Tree, which was being attacked by Ants and other "gremlins", I nearly got stuck to the tree, but sorted it out, well worth it though. I've not seen Ants or "gremlins" since.

I emailed the company to ask about the item and got a reply quickly . Delivery was quick and the canopy is now in place -pity about the weather !!!!!!
