We were sub contracted a job from them we completed the job very well and we went direct I have also got trackers in the van to prove this they than called me and made a million excuses to not pay me for the work I have done this should not be allowed we covered the work you can't do and your not paying your drivers

Thank you for your review, at ATS we believe that any feedback is a gift. We offer DEDICATED same-day deliveries to our clients. We allocated the job to your company FANTASTIC MOVES LTD and you arrived over an hour late to collect with no update. When you did arrive, you had a pallet onboard. Our job was passed to you as a DEDICATED van with NO co-loading in the T&C you agreed to. We also requested an LWB due to the weight of the goods and you arrived in a Luton Box without asking if this was suitable! Our client called to complain and sent over a picture of the vehicle showing the pallet you had collected in Silverstone on the way, which caused you to be late! You charged us a dedicated rate and probably the other client too! When we called to ask why there was a pallet onboard you stated - quote from your email "dedicated does not mean empty we deliver your items directly"!!!
To which we gave you the definition of Dedicated:
devoted to a task or purpose:
exclusively allocated to or intended for a particular purpose:
Our client was already late, so they loaded the goods and we explained that a price reduction would be required, due to it not being a dedicated load. Once delivered you got aggressive in your comms and antagonistic to our customer support team. We have emailed you several times about the above and explained that the client and we cannot pay for a dedicated service as we didn't receive one! Our contract is governed by T&Cs which you broke and payment is in dispute.
So, to round up you arrived an hour late, in a completely different vehicle than requested and had someone else's good onboard a dedicated agreed load, and you are giving ATS the poor review!
Amazing reliable Service…
Its not every day you find a company like Alternative Transport. Fast, efficient and 100% reliable. We have never seen such amazing reliable service. Many thanks to all of you.
