Great technology and installation, outstanding customer service.
Our EV charger was installed by Altavision Solar in June. The whole process, including digging a trench for the cable, was completed in a few hours, with the garden and drive left neat and tidy.
At that stage, we didn't have an EV and, when we got one and went to use it...it wouldn't charge.
I contacted Alta Vision, who were incredibly quick and helpful in their response - to the extent that their engineers came out on a Sunday evening to fix things so I could charge my car to get to my father's, who was unwell.
They sorted the problem, updated my app and stayed with me while I started a charge to make sure everything was working properly - fantastic service, hugely appreciated.
