Exemplary customer service
I have ordered shirts from this company for the last year & a half, and have always been impressed by the quality and fit. Recently I had ordered a shirt for delivery to my home in Spain but after 8 days the tracking information had stopped and seemed to indicate that the package was held up in customs in Madrid. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement the next day which was delivered to me 5 days later. I cannot praise the customer service enough, unusually high standards nowadays
