The issue has not been fixed but charged
Als Motor i Sønderborg. Kontonr. 3215601, Fakturanr. 4309673, Ordernr. 4310495 I had to service my car (Citroen C3). I also asked to fix the noise; [a few months ago I had the repair of the front bumper and I thought that the noise was coming because of the loose fitting of the bumper as I have taken the picture from under my car and seen a missing screw]. The workshop made an extra amount of invoice to fix this noise issue, but the same noise is still present. I wrote emails to this workshop but they are not interested in replying to my emails. Disappointment: The issue has not been fixed but charged for this repair. & (04/03/2024) After not receiving a reply to my emails, today I went to the workshop. The mechanic drove the car to listen to the noise and they gave me a new appointment on the 7th of March to fix this noise. (The effort to fix this noise on the 26th of February was in vain as that effort did not solve the issue of this noise.) Now I am afraid that I will have to pay again to fix the issue of the same noise.) The cost for the car service and the repair to solve the issue of noise is 5371.50 DKK. The cost to repair the front bumper a few months ago from this workshop is other than this cost. The issue of noise I noticed after the repair of the front bumper of my car.
