This place is an embarrassment to eating out
This place is an embarrassment to dining out. Let me tell you how this works, because I got them figured out.
As you will notice from all other reviews, there’s some consistency in the complaints.
People waiting most of the evening for their food, and not being given any kind of bread, even though repeatedly having asked for it. So. What’s going on?
You see, first of all, the wine menu is already ~20-25% more expensive in the restaurants’ printed paper menu, compared to homepage. When politely noting the waiter, she simply replies “yeah, you talk to my boss about that. His not here”. Laughs and leaves. The cheapest(!) wine is around dkr. 500,- which is insulting for a bottle of house wine, even in Denmark.
But wait! There’s more.
This place seem to build their business model one one thing; Make. People. Drink!
Which is the reason it’s possible for us to book a table at 6:30PM, and being served long after 9:00 in a for most part empty restaurant, even though repeatedly asking for the main course, which takes 4-7 minutes to prepare for a trained cook.
Also, asking the entire main course for some bread (to go with shrimps/shellfish) had no effect at all. None. It’s simply a part of the scam. You drink less, if you eat some piece of bread!
It’s - very simply - a rip-off, making people drink a fortune away! Cheers!
But hey, at least the food was dull, watery and tasteless, we threw most of it in the can. It’s quite frankly uneatable.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, and advice you to avoid at all cost.
