A complete nightmare

A complete nightmare, I agreed their quote with a number of weeks notice.

They didn't turn up for the first agreed date, when I chased, they said there was a problem with the boiler. They then agreed to come 2 weeks after this, but again no show, no warning, no text, nothing.

I have builders on site waiting for a first fix for plumbing. Alex has completely blanked me, no reply to my phone calls or texts.

Very unreliable, very unprofessional, this company will let you down, avoid!
