Great choice, however Mandria store could be improved with a deli counter. We buy our cheese , cold meat and bacon from sklavenitis in geroskipou because of this. Also lack of parking creates a lot of problems at busy times

Great shop, helpful staff

Hi, I've been shopping at this store for several years. Everything's great. The only downside for a while now has been the cheese and cold cuts staff. Not all of them, but two who don't seem to want to work. I once bought cold cuts and asked for half a kilo of thin slices because my kids don't like thick ones, and the lady indignantly cut them until I gave up and ordered less. It's the same with cheese. I asked for a kilo of slices, and to speed things up, the lady cut 30 of them, which is a kilo. Time for a change.Kiti Dromolaxia AlphaMega

Ordered via foody. Order wasn't delivered and foody kept the money. Sent me a message saying we didnt answer door or phone so cancelled the order. This is a blatant lie, nobody showed up or called. I've had to get a refund from PayPal as foody don't give you this option. Not the first time foody hasn't refunded but will be the last, never use them as they are a fundamentally dishonest company. I'm not sure how Alphamega fit into this farcical experience but doesn't reflect well on them doing business with thieving Foody!

This is an excellent supermarket with great prices and amazing service. There are always good offer and promotions which makes shopping here very worthwhile. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to assist, especially at the checkout counters where they really try to help and serve customers quickly. I also appreciate that the shopping trolleys are free to use. Overall, this is a very customer-oriented supermarket that truly cares about its customers and their shopping experience. I highly recommend it.

Fast services, clean and good staffs❤️

Horrible customer service at the store in Metropolis. I bought 2 loaves of bread and wanted them sliced. Employee refused and said they didn’t do that. When I reminded her they always have, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I doubt I will shop here again.

Excellent service. Food.Quality

Visited their Engomi store on Sunday 9.11.2025 and ordered ofton kleftiko and must say the lady that served me gave me a portion consisting of two very small pieces of meat and plenty of onions!! Surely someone should supervise the servers making sure customers get value for money. Considering what I had is the most expensive food they serve they definitely did not give me value for money!

Extremely disappointing experience. The delivery service is utterly unreliable. Not only did they completely miss the scheduled time slot, but they waited two full hours before informing me they wouldn’t be coming at all — with zero effort to offer an alternative or make things right. I was left with no choice but to cancel the order, and now I have to wait several days just to get my money back before I can even buy what I need elsewhere. This service seems designed only for people who have nothing else to do but sit around all day hoping groceries might eventually show up. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be using it again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

They are selling products with mould in them and take no responsibility or withdraw hazardous products from sale. What a shame.

UPDATE on 4.8.2025: They finally agreed to refund the spoiled product, but kept all the mouldy products on the shelf for sale... Oh well.
