Great Learning Journey
I enrolled in the Complete Teaching Assistant Diploma Level 3 to improve my career prospects and I’m so glad I did. The course is very detailed, well structured and provides real insight into the responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant.
It was flexible enough to study around my work, yet challenging enough to keep me motivated. The support team was also helpful whenever I had questions.
Completing this diploma has opened new opportunities for me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to work in schools or education.

ISO 19011 Lead Auditor Learning experience
At first, I'm so glad to have earned this from Alpha Academy, it was interesting learning and became internationally certified ISO 19011 Lead Auditor.
I was so confident and feel great as i move on the pace of studying through the online platform provided, the assessment was so great and lovely, the course modules were so detailed for easy understanding.

Could be better, could be worse...
Toby Miller eventually resolved my issue, but it took unnecessary negotiation to get there. I had to push back to explain why certain changes were justified, which shouldn't have been needed. I felt there was little flexibility to resolve my issue.
More broadly, I think users should have more control over their own accounts. Privacy was cited as the reason for limiting access, but this doesn't hold up—most online banks allow secure changes these days, so you would expect a learning platform to allow for more flexibility (not keeping as much sensitive data as a bank). Additional safeguards, like OTP, can be added if needed.
While I’m not dissatisfied with the outcome, the process felt frustrating and time-consuming, and the result is far from my ideal scenario (I had to change my plans). Toby wasn’t unprofessional, but his tone wasn’t particularly welcoming. I wasn’t any happier to have to contact support than he seemed to be handling the request.
