Wore the socks I bought from them one time and they already have a hole in them. Poor quality product. I'm sure they will give the standard "you can send it back to us at your expense" line. I guess this explains why they were on sale...thanks again alpaca mall.

Non receipt of goods
I would love to be able to review the poncho that I ordered 31/08/2020. Unfortunately I cannot. This was due to be delivered 02/09/2020 but to date I have still not received this. The company state they have delivered the parcel but I have assured them on numerous occasions that the parcel has never been delivered to my address. I have repeatedly asked them to either deliver my goods or refund me in full. This is now 15 days since I should have received my goods and 18 days since they have had my money.

I love my poncho
I love my poncho. I use it at work to keep warm year round. I did sew up the arms to make big sleeves and took the seam out of the front so I didn't have to pull it over my head.
