Twice I spend hundreds of dollars to…

Twice I spend hundreds of dollars to get my loyalty gifts from my 1000s of points and they Scam me everytime with an empty package saying their out of stock but then again I’m able to add the same item to the cart. This is a horrible tactic they use to make you spend more money everytime to get your points used!

Buy in store, DO NOT BUY ONLINE.

Terrible experience. There was one item that they never sent out and it was stuck in "processing" status for WEEKS. they held on to my money and wouldnt cancel it for me, I had to keep contacting customer service multiple times and they finally canceled it. The other items i purchased and returned - almost a month later after they received the return, i didnt get my refund back. I had to chase them down with customer service in order for them to process a "one time courtesy refund". If you like the brand, try your best to purchase and return in the store, this has been a nightmare experience!

Accused of fraud after proven return — had to pursue legal action to get my money back

Returned items in September 2025 using Alo's own authorised DHL label. DHL confirmed delivery to their warehouse on 17 September 2025. Alo refused to refund, claiming "significant inconsistencies" with no evidence provided — no weights, no photos, no scan logs.
During the dispute, their team offered me $940 in store credit on 3 December. One week later they reversed that offer and accused me of fraud. Those two positions cannot both be true.
I was forced to raise a formal Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 against my credit provider. The claim was accepted in full on 9 March 2026. I received a full refund of £824.50.
When I contacted Alo afterwards to share my disappointment, they sent an identical scripted fraud allegation. No acknowledgement, no apology.
The products are good. The customer service, if anything goes wrong, is not.

I am a UK customer and placed my first…

I am a UK customer and placed my first order. I was really quite worried because although I had heard of this company I did not realise goods were dispatched from USA (Nevada I believe). Delivery was within a reasonable time frame but sadly I had to return my items as the hoodie did not match the leggings (different colour brown which looked odd). I found the returns process quite difficult. It was only by luck that I managed to fathom how to get a dhl label. I do not have a printer, they do not offer a QR code so I had to get a local shop to photocopy the label so I could stick it on the parcel. However once dropped off at my dhl drop off shop I was able to fully track the return back to Navada and I received my refund quicker than many UK online retailers. I dont think I will order again because although the refund came through very quickly I found the returns process quite difficult to navigate.

"defective" items and terrible support

Purchased several items in person and had 2 out of 4 items rip within a month of owning them. A pair of bootcut flare pants ripped in the inseam in the middle of the fabric (not even along a seam) and a pair of socks ripped along the toe seam after being worn twice (I have never seen a pair of socks rip like this, it was not even where the toes hit; it was on top of the toe area). I spent a week going back and forth with customer service to get the situation addressed and they did agree to compensate me with a gift card for the damaged items. Customer service said these items were defective, but I have another pair of the bootcut pants in another color that I can tell the seams in the inseam region are barely hanging on, so I believe ALO is just not using quality materials. I wanted to give them one more chance and accepted the gift card, but it's now been a week since they said they would send me the gift card and I still haven't received it. I didn't realize I hadn't received the gift card yet until after I had already spent more than an hour trying to look through their website to find a matching set in my size (a shockingly difficult task). I am so done I don't want to give them any more money and wish I hadn't shopped here to begin with.

While I do love this brand what I find…

While I do love this brand what I find hard to accept is their POOR rewards program that limits the items and subsequent quantities available. Even if I go online when notified the items are unavailable PLUS you also have to have an item in your cart to purchase. They can take my over 3000 points and you know what as they also don’t roll over at the end of a year🤬

I’m very disappointed with the quality…

I’m very disappointed with the quality of these white sneakers. I only hand-washed them carefully, but the color changed badly and now they don’t look wearable at all. I expected much better from ALO.
I contacted customer support, but they said it’s normal wear and tear, which I don’t agree with. The shoes were handled carefully, and this shouldn’t happen.

I ordered the 90’s Claw Clip

I ordered the 90’s Claw Clip - Brown Tortoise and the quality is awful! I received the item on the 3th of April and on the 7 th of April it’s ruined. I chatted with Alo and explained that I’ve only used it twice and now it’s ruined. They told me that I probably have a pet who has caused this damage on the clip. I answered that I do not have a pet nor a child who could do this much damage to a clip. I continued to explain that I’ve used it twice and it’s poor quality. They just got back to me and said that it’s my fault and I’ve damaged the clip and they will not refund me or send me a new one. It’s ridiculous that 4 days after I receive the clip it’s literally damaged and the color is piling off the clip. I will never buy from Alo Yoga again!

This product isn’t of good quality

This product isn’t of good quality. For the amount they charge for their clothing is crazy. I brought a sweater an wore it 1 time. I washed it then didn’t dry it an it has lent balls all over it as if I had it for months. My sons is the same. I brought 3 sweat suits for him a their the same. Just poor quality

This is trash

I mean, the way they look on Instagram and TikTok, its all shiny and perfect, but that is not what you get at all. The warehouse sounds like a total disaster from what they told me, they could not even track down my return package. Customer support just keeps ignoring my messages, like they do not care one bit. It feels like they are pretending the problem is not there.

If you are thinking about ordering, I would say stay away to avoid all this hassle.

Their real setup is nothing like the fun vibe online, kind of misleading if you ask me.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Alo Yoga.
I placed an order totaling ₪1,674, partially paid with a ₪466 gift card and the rest by credit card. I returned an item worth ₪498 and was refunded ₪466 back to my gift card, with the remaining ₪32 not returned to my original payment method. I asked if they could refund the full 498 to my credit card as I kept other items and don’t see why that “466” cannot be used for the items I did keep!
When I contacted customer service to clarify this, instead of receiving a clear explanation or resolution, I was told that my account is “suspicious” due to “inconsistencies,” without any further details. As a long-time customer who has spent a significant amount with this brand, I find this response both vague and inappropriate.
I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly but did not receive a proper explanation or solution. I am simply requesting the correct refund amount and a clear justification for the claim made about my account.
At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing from Alo Yoga due to poor customer service and lack of transparency in handling customer issues.

Just want to share and see if anyone has the same issue w quality? Im just wondering if mine is an isolated case or just a simply a defect in their apparel…. And i have reached out to Alo store in northpark and customer service online. Purchased a mens hoodie for $158.00 a few months ago and barely used it since i traveled to Asia for two months and i don't need the hoodie lol. I reached out to the store and to ask them about the quality cause its pilling… forms little balls of lint and fiber… reached out to customer service and provided them with all the info they asked. Date of purchased, amount last 4 digits of the card used. At the end of it all they want me to go back to the stoe in North Park which the store told me to go online!!! Attached is a picture if the hoodie. Shame cause its my first purchase at alo and li love the hoodie design.

Terrible customer service for returning item from UK

I ordered an item which I wasn't aware of it being sent from America. The item quality itself was ok and the delivery time quick. The item was too big for my daughter and I needed to return it from the UK. This was when the problems started. The item needs to be returned to the USA. The item got stuck in customs in America, no information about why given. I have liaised with customer services over 10 days, held over 1 hour on their live chat yet still no one seems to be able to hear or see the information I am given them for my refund. Photographic evidence of the tracking also provided. Very poor customer service. Fine if you don't need to return anything but if you do it's not fun. Still waiting on my refund of £120!
