Would give 0 if I could. Sunrise dress came damaged and filthy !!! Try to get through to customer service on social media live chat and email multiple times and cannot get through to anyone waited three hours on live chat and then got disconnected !!!!! Absolutely fuming. For a Luxury brand which gets hyped so much by celebrities etc shocking. Trying to claim back through my credit card provider now.

Ordered $3500 worth of items. 10 days later received an email items are delayed. Attempted to get a hold of someone that took forever. Finally do and they repeat to me what I can see on my online page. Leader says she’ll monitor and email. Never get a follow up or response. Call back again. Took forever. Another supervisor comes on and is robotic that order was canceled because all my items were out of stock. All 42 items!! But they’re available now to repurchase. WORST. HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. OVERPRICED

I’ll give Alo’s customer service a zero if I could! Ordered two items March 2026 and until now I still haven’t received one of the items! Online chat and emailing them are useless!!! No response when you send them an email! During the online chat they said they were gonna send a replacement as my item has been ‘lost’ during shipment but I also did not get the replacement item! Too expensive yet so frustrating to deal with!!! Never again!!!
They cancelled my order for no reason
They cancelled my order. Sent 2 products out of like 10 and then they said it will be 2 days then any minute it’s in a queue for delivery and few hours later they cancelled it! How is this even legal

Never buying from this scummy company again. They are quick to charge your card, then hold your order hostage as if they were custom making each piece in China. They blatantly LIE in the chat feature and say they’ll refund you and never does it happen. The extortionate prices they charge for the subpar quality of their products, add on their sh1tty customer service, I am officially done shopping this brand. If you guys can’t properly hold a 30% sale because you clearly don’t have enough employees to solve the 100’s of issues I’m sure everyone else is having, then don’t have one.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order during the anniversary sale on May 2nd, my husband also placed an order the same day. My neighbour also placed an order, she received hers, my husbands arrived a week ago, mine hasn’t been shipped yet!. I’ve tried calling, emailing, messaging the chat but the wait times are outrageous. I called the shipping company and they said that Alo hasn’t called for pick up yet. It’s unacceptable!

This company is trash . I ordered my daughter a Mother’s Day gift on May 5 to pick up in store it is now the 12th and order still says in process. I called customer service and they told me to call the store directly. I ordered another item the same day to be shipped and received it in 2 days . The sales associate told me to call back customer service and cancel order and reorder due to the high volume of orders . So out of every order it was mine that couldnt get processed . This store in Short hills is trash. Will never order from this company again .
Horrible service
Long waits on the line and don’t even try texting because it takes them hours to respond and when they respond all they say is to give them another 24-48 hours to follow up on the issue and we go in circles. You ask for a supervisor and they don’t give you a supervisor they say they will discuss with the team.

I was very disappointed with my first order from Alo Yoga.
The products looked far more premium online than they did in person. Considering the high prices, I expected luxury-quality materials and presentation, but the items felt surprisingly cheap and did not justify the cost.
The garment I ordered was made from a very thin, crinkly fabric that felt more like crepe paper shell than a premium fashion piece. Although the design was nice, the quality was nowhere near what I would expect for over £100.
The packaging was also underwhelming. My order arrived in a basic plastic parcel bag, which felt inconsistent with the luxury image promoted on social media and by influencers.
I regularly purchase designer and premium clothing, so I have a good understanding of what high-end products should look and feel like. Unfortunately, Alo seems to invest heavily in marketing and influencer promotion, but in my experience the product quality and overall customer experience did not match the brand’s premium pricing.
I will be returning my order and would not purchase from Alo again.

Terrible quality and customer service - will think twice before buying from them again. I purchased an item from one of their shops and after a few wears and washing per instructions, the seams just fell apart. I emailed customer service to ask for a repair or a straight swap and was told as I did not buy online and as the shirt was a gift they would not honour the faulty item repair or exchange. I would have thought that Alo should stand by their products and seek to repair or replace faulty items but they totally washed their hands of the situation, offering me a 10% discount if I wanted to buy something else.

Very disappointed with Alo’s customer service. I accidentally subscribed through the app while trying to access the advertised member discount and was charged $29. I cancelled immediately and contacted customer support on 06/05/2026 requesting assistance and a refund, explaining I never used the subscription and genuinely believed it was connected to the loyalty membership.
Days later and I still haven’t received a single response or acknowledgment from anyone. The app process was confusing and the lack of customer support has made the experience even worse. Customers deserve clearer information before being charged and at the very least a response when trying to resolve an issue.
Brand that does discriminatory sales
As much as i love the brand. It is discriminatory practice to open up a 30% sale to only in app users when you darn well your app is only available to iphone users. So years of shopping with you guys to the toilet as us android users are left in the dark to fend for ourself. Boycott this brand! A sale should be fair across the board!
