Does not respect seniority

I had the same issues as Brian!!! I lost hundreds of dollars in OT. My equipment had to be al lrat 10 years old and despite asking it to be replaced several times over the years I was always given the answer " you'll only get another refurbished hard drive." Then if they do send it, you have to send yours back first and when they receive it, they sent yours. Meaning you could go 5-7 days without a computer. My keyboard had 4 letters worn off so I bought my own and my own headset because two of theirs broke. HORRIBLE IT support. And they do not respect seniority. People that were there 3-4 months were getting more hours than me and others who had been there years. Any time a new class came in each January, they should have put all shifts up for bids. Lives change for almost everyone.

Pretty good Co.

Great company. Not much to say about Alorica if you bring something to them they will resolve it. By this I mean reaching out the department that handles issues with Alorica.

To anyone that reads this, understand that it's not solely on Alorica if you have a bad experience this is for any company. It's who was hired and what THEY are doing. Alorica came to my teams rescue alot because we had the WORST experience!

SO with that being said thank you for the opportunity when I worked there.

System issues are not paid

I am having a very bad experience working in the Alorica site in DR Santo Domingo. The day I was supposed to pick up the equipment to work was posponed two times (that made me lose RD$ 2,000.00 because I needed a place to stay in Santo Domingo) and I was provided with an old equipent to work from home, it was working fine, however since the equipment is very old and I live far from the site I was very specific when I said that I do not want to come to the site for things that should have been avoided. I live 5.5 hours I don't even get to be paid for the time the equipment does not work. That is so bad for a global company. Now I have the blue screen on the computer that has been provided to me and I'm advised to go to the site to change it with no payment. I do not have the money to travel there...
