The locksmith was helpful and very quick in getting my key that was stuck in the lock out. He arrived in under 1.5 hours.

The job that the locksmiths done was good, as they managed to get the lock open relatively quick, however there was a few things that occurred at the time which I didn't like.
Firstly when the locksmiths arrived and saw the lock, one started oh-ing and ah-ing saying that this lock was difficult, as it required drilling. Never mind the fact that i mentioned what type of lock it was on the phone. Then he asked the careless question which nobody wants to hear in that situation.. "do you not have the key?"
Then I was told that the emergency open would be £59.99 however he then told me due to the type of lock that it would now be £89.99. But when he went to charge me at the end it ended up being £106.80 once VAT was added. I found this quite sneaky as nowhere did it say prices don't include VAT, so in a heartbeat my original quote was just shy of being doubled.
Other than this I had no issues with the locksmiths and the job which they done.

Excellent, efficient service. Good communication about timing and a clear explanation of what had gone wrong with the lock and how it was being put right. All working well now. Thank you so much.

Great, swift service and very reasonably priced.

They managed to get my door open within 10 minutes, which was great. However, I cannot give full stars as I had to wait 45 minutes for them to arrive, as opposed to the 20-30 mins I was told.

Salvaged my old lock so could get in and out. Crisis over. Happy

The locksmith arrived early than the expected time. Nice to have the service. The job was done nicely, but the locksmith seemed to hurry for leaving after the job was completed as he was expected to suggest or explain a bit more about the problem of the completed work.

Very friendly, gave us the options. Completed your job in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
