We agreed a price of £59 pound and once this was complete I was charged 20% VAT on top which they did not mention. If they made this clear initially I would not have accepted. The job took 30 seconds to complete (locked out with key on inside).

Thank you for your feedback. It is the standard company practice to quote VAT on all calls and before we proceed with the works. You were quoted VAT, which you had also repeated. We understand a missed recollection to have happened.
As quoted £59.00 + VAT is the standard charge for a locksmith to attend your emergency in getting you back into your property.

hello great service
hello great service, payed more than I was quoted and didnt really explain why the price had changed, however efficient and friendly service. Quoted £49.00 labour + 20.00 for the lock - however got charged £102.00 ! Not sure why.
