All Terrain Cycles stock a wide variety of cycling accessories and had exactly what I needed in stock and at good prices. Delivery was quick, which is appreciated - in contrast I'm still waiting for something I ordered 6 days ago (and I paid for delivery) from another cycling retailer. So chapeau to All Terrain Cycles!

There price match promise is false and miss leading, on 2 occasions I asked to price match the frist time they couldn't meet that price I'd seen a 2023 Trek x caliber and the second time ignored this bike shop not interested in the customer only there bottle line money.

Like most price matches we reserve the right to refuse the offer. At the moment there prices below cost out in the market, some of our bikes are the priced below cost.
We welcome the opportunity to price match and regularly accept the opportunity, but we will not meet every price out there and in some cases cant supply like for like stock. We strive to make a profit - thats not greed but necessity to pay staff , suppliers and establishment costs.
Disappointing
I've ridden bikes all my life and with All Terrain Cycles being local to me I decided to buy a bike online for my daughter and have the experience of going to collect it. She and I were very excited but unfortunately my experience was anything but enjoyable and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
