I initially ordered from a local company, but unfortunately, the bike never arrived. After some frustration, I discovered ATC—and I’m so glad I did! Not only was the bike cheaper, but it also arrived on time, exactly as promised.
The packaging was outstanding: thick, sturdy cardboard and excellent protection throughout. I could’ve saved myself days of stress by going with ATC from the start.
In three words? Cheaper. Quicker. Better.

Bought a Amflow Pl Pro carbon from All Terrain Cycles. Placing an order was easy and bike came before expected. Due to they was expected late October. Was email my bike has been dispatched. The over all experience was great would highly recommend buying a bike from them

Was struggling to find my son a decent bike for his birthday until I come across the giant from all terrain cycles. I found a sizing guide and well detailed description of the bike in question. Had fast delivery and well packaged item. The bike was even better quality than I was expecting 10/10

Pleased I came across this company whilst looking to buy my son's first proper (mountain) bike. Good selection, good price, and good advice. Order was dispatched and arrived very quickly, and delivery instructions were met. Also, the partially built and checked condition the bike arrived in meant sorting the last few bits was a doddle, and a very happy son was out riding the same afternoon. Only downside was Dad had bike envy and is now looking to buy one himself so might need to provide another review very soon!

First time purchase from All Terrain Cycles and I was truly impressed. The service, the speed, the tracking and delivery partner all the things from start to finish made this a hassle free experience. I have to say that the sign-up gift was rather generous, and the cleaning items are essential for any bike of an amazing quality. The hand written note is always something that puts a smile on your face. All in, unboxing my order felt like Christmas came early. I could tell there was a lot of effort behind this so I would definitely look up things that I need in the future from here.

I purchased a Marin Nicassio +, which arrived from the supplier to All Terrain Cycles (ATC) with a damaged fork, the guys at ATC bent over backwards to sort the issue and kept me in the loop throughout. Superb customer services from these folks. 10/10 will do business with them again, and so should you if you want a personslised approach to your bike and/or accessories buying experience.
