Great online service. Joe is very helpful and professional, picked up the bike and had a detailed explanation of how to care for it. Disappointing they don't price match like the website says. The store is great, well worth a visit.

Bought a bike as a Christmas present with next day delivery. Almost 3 weeks of failed deliveries and "sorry, there is nothing we can do" responses the bike was not delivered for Christmas. When it came on the 27th it was damaged with a gashed stem and headset.

Absolutely no responsibility taken by the company over the situation. I took a day off work for delivery and spend countless hours waiting at home for a bike that was never put in a lorry. About 50 phonecalls to them/the courier.
They did refund my next day delivery charge. Sadly, I had to show a pic of the bike on Christmas morning.

Avoid!! I won't be using again.

Don't try and return an item. Very unhelpful and costly.

Ordered a bike because it was the best price I could find online. Joe was very helpful regarding cycle to work scheme. He was prompt in replying to all my questions and I got the bike within a week. Ver happy with the experience.

I was looking for a specific eMTB and found what I wanted via the Web. Upon phoning I was offered advice on the sizing and their actual shop stock, ahead of a 115 mile journey. Upon arrival the bike was already put aside and then I physically checked the size, which was spot on.

Before travelling I’d checked the price, which was the lowest and with 3 years 0% and completed the transaction in minutes. The handover was comprehensive and thorough. Excellent service and I see no reason why I won’t be back.

Absolutely fantastic service from everybody we have dealt with at All Terrain cycles! I ordered my partner a Trek FX3 disc XL hybrid bike online as a birthday surprise, it came superbly well packaged in 2 days but when he tried it we realised he needed a Large, I rang the shop & also the online people & all couldn’t of been more helpful & lovely! They ordered my partner a Large in & we decided to drive from Stoke on Trent to their Bradford store to return the XL & collect the L, what a shop! Amazing super friendly staff who can’t help you enough! Could have stayed in there for hours!! They had built his new bike & adjusted the seat for him and fitted him a bottle cage we purchased. Dom (Eddie Hall!) Joe & I think the small older man was called Alan were just so lovely. Would definitely highly recommend All Terrain online and in store, can’t thank you all enough for a very happy birthday surprise & for such a wonderful new bike experience. Many thanks to you all

Not knowing about ATC I initially visited Halfords which I now know why it has the alternative name Halfrauds selling budget built bikes at premium prices. After a bit of a Google I found ATC local to me in Bradford.
Upon entering the shop you can tell it is a "proper" bike shop. I was greeted by Rick who I began to explain my budget and type of bike I wanted to. Rick then showed me multiple branded good quality bikes that suited my requirements within my budget. He was full of useful knowledge and information and helped me find the bike best suited to me. This wasn't a quick "yeah these are alright" like in Halfords. Rick clearly wanted to make sure I got what I went in for and left happy. I finally made my decision on a Giant talon. This was prepared to be ridden away within 30 minutes along with a chat before I left on how things worked etc. I also have a free bike check in 1 month with 30% off the annual service too. Proper shop. Great service. Real quality bikes.
