I placed an order 10 days ago and still not received I have emailed them but chances are I won’t get a reply and I paid an extra £4 for postage it is just one jar of sweets I am waiting on and they are not that far from where I stay so can’t blame the post or delivery people I wish I had read the reviews before ordering and also there website is down so I want a refund including postage .

Placed an order and paid for 1-2 day courier, ordered was never updated on dispatch info so I emailed asking where it was 7 days later to be told it had been sent out and the issue was DPD so they offered to send another parcel out the next day, again received no proof that had happened even when I asked for the tracking number. I eventually asked for a refund 10 days after I had placed the order because i got tired of waiting and they came back and said they had posted it out, I finally received my order (damaged) 12 days after ordering.
Would give no stars.
Paid extra for delivery within 1-2 days 6 days from placing my order and still nothing.
Email bounces back and phone number doesn’t work!
Would not buy from this company. Very unreliable. Appear to take advantage of buyers and not take responsibility for issues that they raise. They pass the blame to the courier/Royal mail and despite clear evidence being passed to them they dispute the case presented.

If I could give this company no stars I would. The very worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered vintage sweets as a gift. P & P £8.50. The parcel arrived battered and two of the packets of sweets burst open. I contacted the company within 24 hours. After further numerous attempts to contact the company I was informed their telephone lines had even down due to the storm, but there was also no response to rail. When they did eventually reply they advised they would have to contact their courier before issuing any refund. Time ran out before Christmas, I contacted them again to request a refund as this was a Christmas gift. Was told that the courier said the package would not have been delivered in that condition (I supplied photographic evidence). No refund or replacement was offered.appalling.

My order was taking a long time to arrive. After emailing to find out what was going on, Yvonne phoned me to let me know Royal Mail had lost the order. The sugar free sweets I had originally ordered were no longer in stock so Yvonne sent me a nice selection of sugar free sweets as an apology and gave me a refund. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get what I had ordered, but no fault of Allmark Sweets and Yvonne was very helpful at getting it sorted. Thanks.

My order had hit a halt in the Royal Mail system according to my order tracker. I contacted the Company by email and phone for their help.
I received a very prompt and professional response. They immediately understood the issue and agreed to follow it up with Royal Mail, in the meantime and without quibble, would resend my order which I received well packaged and on time. Plus the Sweets were delicious!
I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family. Great overall customer service even when things go wrong they deserve the 5 Star rating given :)

Absolutely disgusting company, sends out wrong items, doesn’t answer emails, had to go through PayPal , to then get a cheeky response saying it’s in the t&cs.. What? send us your order and we’ll send you whatever we see fit.. No it’s not! Nothing but lies and excuses. Then changes the writing on website. Would give no stars if I could. It’s not worth the hassle.. shop elsewhere!

Waited nearly a month for a delivery and when it did turn up some of the sweets were out of date. Emailed three times for a replacement or refund. No answer. Very poor customer service. Shame because Ive used in past with no issues but won’t again

Don't use this company as they take your money but don't deliver the goods, I have been waiting 2 weeks and still not arrived and they won't reply to any email I send
I ordered their gold star raspberry sauce. Tastes like the one from the ice cream van, fantastic.I then decided to buy 7 bottles to stock up. Only 3 came in the box.I had read some bad reviews so wasn't too hopeful in getting the missing 4 bottles. One call and it was sorted. I've nothing but praise for their customer service.

I ordered a box of sweets for my daughters birthday party as the website claims 2 to 4 days delivery time
Its now been 10 days and no item still even thought the order status says shipped although i was never given any tracking information at all the box on the order for this just says non available
I emailed the company yesterday to ask if its still coming and was ignored
I then phoned the number given on the order confirmation email today and the man who answered the phone told me he has no idea where the item is but someone will call me back in 15 to 20 minutes.
I waited 4 hours for a call back as i had to drive and dont have handsfree but no call came so i gave up, i then emailed again after 7 hours to ask why i was bieng ignored and id like a refund as im bieng messed around then finally i got a call back from someone else saying that im bieng impatient which i feel waiting 250% longer than stated at worst case isnt impatient at all, i then asked why i didnt get a call back and was told the person who answered the phone is 14 (i dunno why this is relevant and why are they having 14 year olds answer the provided company number anyway.
I asked for a tracking number and he said the royal mail are running way behind due to covid which is probably the stupidest answer ive head for a while as ive recieved items today ordered tuesday.
I asked for the tracking number a 2nd time and he said the royal mail will ring me with it , i informed him i order alot of parcels on a weekly basis and its the sellers responsibility to pass on the tracking information he then argued again that it isnt and as hes posted it its no longer his problem, ( i reminded him when purchasing and item untill it arrived at my door he as the seller is responsible) he started laffing and getting very rude and agitated.
I told him il have to contact the bank for a refund as he wont send me any tracking or proof or postage, he then laffed at me again and said he will just tell them im inpatient.
This company is the rudest company ive ever dealt with in 48 years.
I've bought sweets from them for years and they have always been delicious. I usually buy the sugar free ones but tried the Scottish tablet recently and that was awesome. Delivery was really quick and the lady i spoke to in customer service was really helpful (i asked a question about use-by dates). Highly recommend.

Had a bad experience from start to finish. Was so excited to find old fashioned sweets but when my order arrived I had sweets missing. Some of the sweets were tasteless and wrong items sent. The sweets looked nothing like the pictures online but cheaper versions. They were wrapped in see through cellophane and stickers which had hairs in them - disgusting. What was more annoying is zero communication from the company and thankfully paid by PayPal do I could dispute. Should always read reviews before buying and I would not recommend this company.

Delivered in 2/3 days. 2nd order had not arrived and ten days had past.
I called the shop only to discover that I had ticked the wrong box for the postage. I had put pick up from shop. Considering I live approx 300 miles from the shop. Not possible. They had sent emails that had gone into my junk mail.After speaking to the owner he said he had halved one of my order to cover the postage. I received my order 2 days later. Good thinking on his part.
