I was looking online for some solar garden fairy lights and spotted 3 fairies for £19 on some sites. But on the All in One it showed 3 fairies for £7.99 plus postage. When the parcel arrived there was only 1 fairy in the box. I should of guessed there was something wrong as it was wrapped in a garden lights box.
The advertisement was very misleading as it showed 3 fairies but you only get 1. I could of got all 3 for £19. So the obviously have split a box and sold them individually. With postage it cost £11.98.
Very disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service! Ordered online yesterday and within 24 hours my items had arrived, items weighed nearly 50kgs and the delivery price was very competitive. No issues at all and would definitely use again.

Ordered some lanterns, candles and christmas decorations - all very nice quality and very affordable! Would use this shop again.

Have ordered from here at least 3 times during lockdown. Never had an issue, all products have been fantastic and the customer service received has been outstanding. The communication with the garden centre has been brilliant, if a product has not been available, alternatives have always been offered and been great. Thankyou to all the hard workers at the centre who have helped to keep me sane and busy in the garden and make it look great during lockdown!! :)

Appalling service, eventually requested refund after long delay in receiving order, numerous calls with no response with the final call dealt with by an employee using an extremely aggressive and threatening manner. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Visited today grandson had fish and chips 8 chips in total' fish very small half the size it used to be it was supposed to be a adult meal' I had a burger so small didn't taste it chips maybe 6.my wife had ham sandwhich looked and tasted like shop bought sliced bread and one slice of ham. The prices have gone up and the food down hill.wont be going g again until things improve. Very disappointing

Breakfast still good quality and cooked to perfection BUT has now increased in price from £4.99 to £5.99 and no longer includes toast. You have to pay an extra £1.99 for 2 slices of bread toasted. This puts the overall price to £6.99 for same breakfast, an increase of 40%. The cafe is going to be as empty as the garden centre soon.

Complaint resolved to my satisfaction. Refunded and suitably compensated for poor experience.

Visited today and decided to visit cafe. Had to wait 35 mins before food was served. The quality of the food was not worth the wait. My wife order a steak sandwich. When it was served only half of the sandwich had any steak and she got the grand total of 9 chips. Not worth the money. The garden center was deserted. The staff and atmosphere give the impression that all is not well here. Will be surprised if the establishment is still open next year.

Good value, quick delivery, had to exchange but all done very efficiently. Will use again.

Order on line and picked after work and all was done great service

Very helpful in arranging delivery of 25 bags of pebbles I ordered, including by following up with delivery company to ensure this was done on time. Polite, efficient and friendly staff.

Had to contact All in one regarding my order as I noticed an issue a few days after. Have to say I received top class service from them and they corrected my issue immediately. Would definately order again.

I had a small problem with delivery and the customer services department went above and beyond to make sure that I received my purchase and followed that with an apology e-mail.

Wouldn't it be lovely if one received that response all the time from other suppliers!

I will quite happily buy from this company again and recommend to family and friends!

I emailed enquiring if they sold a particular teddy that I'd seen online (a replacement for my son's bear) & straight away a lovely lady called Sarah replied saying she'd send out the bear I needed. No hassle at all & the bear arrived the following day! Fantastic.
