Amazing !!!!
I order in this shop cos it was literally the only shop that had the shoes I wanted. I read reviews on this website and I saw a few really bad reviews which kind of made me step back. But searching a bit more, I kinda felt that it was a small shop in Germany and I felt sometimes they could have problems to deliver their stuff. IN MY CASE, That didn’t happen. I order the shoes and literally 4 days after they were in my house in Spain. They send me every notification about my packing. Literally 0 problems. Love the shoes and I m very happy with how fast everything went. I would buy from them again for sure !!!!!

Fake company stealing money!! AVOID!!!!
Ordered off this company nearly ten days ago. Website said I would have my package within 2 days.
They sent a tracking number with UPS that when I clicked on it said it did not recognise the number.
I have sent multiple emails and just got a generic automated response saying they would get back to me but they haven't. Also tried calling the company and messaging on instagram and received no response.
I will be contacting PayPal soon to try and get a refund. Appalling carry on. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My Account disappeared with an active order.
I placed an order on September 15th, got the first email that they received my order and I got charged the amount as well, then I tried to log into my account today to see what's going on, and I found out that "There's no account under that email" like the other clients that commented below. I already filled the "Contact us" form from their site on Monday morning but still no response.
I'll be happy to change my review, after they fix my problem.

We went live with our new onlineshop in the night from Sunday to Monday and unfortunately we were not able to migrate the old customer accounts to the new webshop. Therefore, you can not log in to your old account at the moment. The older orders will of course be processed by us and will also leave our warehouse shortly. Yesterday we also sent out a mail with the information that our customers have to reactivate their account in the new webshop first. Currently it is still not possible to access the old orders, but we are working on it.
Unfortunately, we also noticed that your article was not in the designated storage location, so we had to cancel your order.

Defective website / Account & Order disappeared
I'm having the same problems as mentioned the other client, below.
I placed my order yesterday but there are no tracks of it on your webiste.(Except the e-mail confirmation I received with my Order nº etc...)
But I can't even connect now to my account I created on your website. It says it's not the correct password (Weird, it's a generated Google one...). And when I try to recover password, my account doesn't exist... Also, when I placed my order yesterday, I had prompt message with "Unable to place order". And it made my Paypal slow and laggy.
But then the transaction was successful in my PayPal account and I saw in my bank account that the amount had even already been charged. Pretty quick.
Your website is also slow, unreactive and crashing.
I attached my order Nº.
Thank you in advance for fixing my problem.

Faulty website
I ordered here before and it was OK. The product and delivery was just fine. That was a 5 star.
My only problem is their "Faulty website".
I place this order just now but it did not appear in my order dashboard in their website. When I placing this order the error prompt message occur saying "Unable to place order". But the transaction was successful in my PayPal account and already debited the amount.
There is another thing in their website but I don't know how to call it. It seems it's always crashing, I'm not sure if that is the term.
I'm gonna change this review if they resolve my issue.

As already discussed via email, your Order was packed on Monday evening and should have been picked up on Tuesday afternoon as scheduled. However, since UPS did not pick up our packages on Tuesday, the shipment was delayed accordingly by one day.
We are very sorry for this. We would also like to point out that the processing time for your ordered article was given as 1-3 days and that the shipping by UPS can take another 1-5 days.
Of course, processing and shipping is usually faster, but there may always be small delays due to illness or something like that.

First time buyer and definitely not the last
First time buyer and it definitely won't be the last. I had been looking for a 991 new balance shoe for a while trying to find them on sale and was lucky they had them my size at a great discount. Ordered without issues online, shipped 2 days after I ordered and arrived in 48hrs. No duties or taxes to the US and its territories if you spend less than $800 (total including shipping). My only suggestion to allike is to improve on providing the tracking info and posting it under the order info under one's account. Since I have an account with ups and my address is registered with them I automatically get notifications from ups about packages sent to my address. Shoes arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be buying from allike again. Shop with confidence.

Really bad service. Communication about ordering a product and sending retour wasn’t clear on the website. The contact I had via email was really bad, unfriendly and not helping with a solution. Even though the sneakers were a bit cheaper than on other websites, I will never order there again. Don’t recommend it

Purchased several items on Sunday 3rd of July ...since then no email/ no movement in the processing the items despite that during checkout delivery time was 2-5 days. Today is 7th July no update at all !!!
Several emails sent ... no replay. Absolutely zero customer service and people skills, how they operate , no idea.
Will have to get my Credit Card Issuer involve to get the funds back. Never again!!!

Wrong item sent
I received a bag which was not the same as on website photo. Similar colour but clearly not same design. Allike responded quickly. Upon request for return they offered me to keep the bag and get a small discount. As I asked for a return again, this was accepted. Money was returned (minus freight) but it took some days.
