No experience with difficult situations
Good product range. Low cost and quick delivery.
If anything I would like to see free delivery for all items.
I generally find most of my cable requirement full filled here. Plus it's easy to search and quality of products are good.
fast and easy ordering, but was delivered the wrong product. because i needed the item asap, i had to order from another seller. i have not tried to contact support.

I ordered from Allekabels with the expectation of a delivery by Friday, as stated on their website. However, I received no package, no email update, and no tracking information. When I called, I was told to call again on Tuesday for a solution. On Tuesday, the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, simply telling me to wait until Thursday. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I recommend avoiding Allekabels and going to Amazon instead

Concern:
Multiple USB 3.2 cables, advertised as capable of 5 Gb/s speeds under the USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 standard, only have four contacts. However, USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 requires additional contacts beyond the basic four used by USB 2.0 to support SuperSpeed data transfer. These extra contacts are essential for achieving the higher data rates of 5 Gb/s.
A cable with only the standard four USB contacts (two for power and two for USB 2.0 data) cannot support the SuperSpeed data transfer capabilities of USB 3.x, which include additional differential pairs for data. Such a cable would be limited to USB 2.0 speeds (up to 480 Mb/s), not the 5 Gb/s advertised for USB 3.2 Gen 1x1. Marketing it as capable of higher performance is misleading to consumers.
Although the incorrect specifications are provided by their suppliers, I would expect a company focused on cables to verify this information.
Helpdesk staff continue to quote these incorrect specifications from the supplier.

Good and fast service. I am happy with every purchase of cables. They come always on time.
Ordered and payed for a USB cable on 13/12/2023. According to PostNL delivered on 18/12/2023, but never received it. Opened a ticket a couple of days later which mysteriously was closed without any reply. Opened another ticket complaining about the delivery and got a standard answer that they were going to open a ticket at PostNL. Since then I already asked them several times what they are going to do about this, and I always get the standard answer that they are waiting for PostNL.
One and a half month for a simple USB cable? I can understand that there were problems with PostNL, but when I asked them whether they were going to pay it back or send me another cable, they just answered that they were waiting for PostNL.
Honestly, this falls into my definition of an unreliable or even untrustworthy company.

Update 30/01/2024. I was contacted by after-sales. They agreed that this was not the way the problem should have been tackled.
After checking whether the address was correct they sent a new cable (which I received correctly the day after) and gave me a reduction on my next order.
Therefore, I changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star.
