All Day Auto Transport is a family owned and operated car shipping company that safely transports cars and motorcycles, across the country and internationally. The owners Daniel and Justin started the company out of Daniel’s parents garage back in 2009 and now employ over 20 people in our Corporate Head Quarters in Coral Springs , Florida as well as a recently opened West Coast office in Los Angeles that now has 10 employees. Co-Owner Justin Brain was recently interviewed by a local 7 news station on entrepreneurship & the importance of small business “Our mission statement when we opened the company in 2009 was to provide full-service car transportation, picking up your car at its origin and safely delivering it to your chosen destination while bringing transparency and reliability to the auto shipping industry.” Both Daniels grandparents from New York and Justin’s from Ohio were both snowbirds as many north easterners are , they saw first hand the shadiness of the auto transport industry and started All Day Auto Transport with the goal to make clients feel at ease when shipping a car just as they would feel comfortable with sending a package via Fedex or UPS. Since opening in 2009, our mission statement hasn’t changed, with every client we gain we hope to keep and one of the main reasons our company has been able to grow from a home ran business to a household name in the auto shipping world . Our firm guarantees that all of the car shipping companies that we use to pick up our clients vehicles will be fully insured, bonded, and licensed by the Department of Transportation. Our drivers are the most reliable auto transporters in the country and we insure this by conducting constant background checks on every auto carrier we employ.

I’ve been using Jerry for about three years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. He handles all of my heavy hauling—hot shots, flatbeds, heavy machinery—you name it. Whatever I need moved, Jerry gets it done quickly and professionally. His rates are always fair, and his service is top-notch. Thanks again, Jerry, for always coming through!

--- Review of All Day Auto Transport If you're thinking about using All Day Auto Transport to move your vehicle, do yourself a favor and don’t. I hired them to transport my car, and the driver they contracted managed to damage it — visibly and undeniably. Both the dealership and Geico (the driver’s own insurance provider) confirmed the damage was caused during transport. But here’s where it gets fun: because the driver’s deductible wasn’t met, Geico told me I’d need to get the money directly from the driver. The driver not only refused to pay but also responded with rude, disparaging comments that were as unprofessional as they were unnecessary. I turned to All Day Auto Transport for help, thinking surely they’d stand behind their service. The owner tried to contact the driver — multiple times — but ultimately the owner had no authority in making the driver do the right thing. No refund for the failed transport. No accountability for the damage. No support beyond a few phone calls that led nowhere. So now I’m stuck with repair costs and a sour taste in my mouth. If you’re looking for a company that takes zero responsibility and leaves you to clean up their mess, All Day Auto Transport is the one for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

This review is completely false. I personally spoke with this customer throughout the entire process. At delivery, she first claimed $420 in supposed damages, then suddenly raised it to $700 — all while trying to short the driver on the $325 COD balance she had agreed to.

The dealership and carrier both confirmed there were no new damages from transport. Even so, I contacted the driver multiple times on her behalf, but she refused to be reasonable. The shifting story reminded me of the Tinder Swindler — changing numbers and trying to manipulate the situation.

We’ve successfully transported thousands of vehicles since 2009 with an A+ BBB rating. Unfortunately, no business is immune from a customer making false claims when they don’t want to pay what they owe.

Right out of the gate

Right out of the gate, they promised they do not charge above what they quote. The car hadn’t even been picked up and there already charging us additional $200 transport.

This is the worst transport company…

This is the worst transport company I've delt with today, I've been doing this for 10+ years and never had a company to damage a vehicle dooring transport and not want to pay for repair, had to call their insurance agency to file a claim. company owner was responsive at first then when it came down to paying for repairs he's no where to be found I've attempted to collect payment 5 times and every time either he's not there, had to leave for emergency, or hung up on. will never use or recommend

Unprofessional and rude! DO NOT give this guy your business

A broker contacted me via text. This was the exchange:

Daniel: “Hey Amanda, my name is Daniel with Car Delivery Usa Inc dba ADAT. when would you like this load to be moved? let me know so I can adjust the quote. 754-270-5270 alldayautotransport.com Reply 'quit' to stop.”

ME: “Yes please quote”

Daniel: “Hey Amanda, This is Daniel with Car Delivery Usa Inc. Found a better price to ship your car? Let us know and we will do our best to match or beat it! Give us a call to discuss the details! 754-270-5270”

ME: “We're working with a broker who can get us $1100 from Ohio to Reno I just needed to give him a 7 day window.”

Daniel: “You go buy a transport set up and get all the correct insurance and then you tell us if u would still do it for a 1100 smh”

The context was that the other broker was going to offer me $1100 if I gave him a 7-10 day window for pick up. He said truckers who are passing through and need to fill a spot will pick up for less. In the end, we didn’t want to wait so we opted to pay a few more hundred to get on a route right away.

The point is, Daniel went from 0-60 getting offended and fired back on a complete stranger/customer. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

Most people don’t even know how this whole transportation bidding system works. So for him to react like that was unwarranted and off putting to say the least. This guy is an entitled jerk and I wouldn’t doubt a scammer.

This industry has a lot of slimy brokers who use manipulative sales tactics to get your business. He exposed himself very fast.

Auto transport

Daniel, at all day auto transport was great! He took a stressful situation for me and took care of everything, great communication and very friendly to deal with. I purchased a truck out of state and Daniel set up and had my new purchase safely delivered to my driveway! Highly recommend his services!!!!

The worst auto transportation company

This company is the worst auto transportation company in the world. First, they changed the location of my car delivery at the last minutes twice on the delivery day. Second, the car was not taken care of properly. A brand new car looks so dirty that it's difficult to properly inspect the vehicle before paying them because you cannot see all the issues, especially if there is a crack on the windshield. My car delivered was so dirty that I could not see anything on my windshield until I washed the car. After a brand new vehicle was delivered, I had to go straight to a car wash to clean the vehicle. The company refused to approve my claim of damage I found after cleaning. Do not use this company. They are crooks. They do not have any customer service—very rude people to deal with once they get your business. Please stay away from them. If there is a minus one rating, I will give it.

I would not use this company again

I would not use this company again. I decided to try this company and informed them of the date I needed the car picked up. I didn't hear anything for a while, so attempted to reach out to see if my car had been scheduled for a pick up, as the date was approaching. I was not able to get in contact with anyone from the company until I told the Chat Now robot I wanted to cancel my order and go with another company that was more communicative. It was only then that someone reached out to me, told me my car was already scheduled, and charged my card. My entire experience with this company was riddled with confusion.

I contracted them to move a truck from Florida to Arizona.

I contracted them to move a truck from Florida to Arizona I flew from California to Florida to make sure they could get my truck moved they showed up late with a truck that was already overloaded it couldn't move my truck then they told me it was going to be $2,000 instead of $1,200 their customer service is terrible don't waste your time and your money stay away at all costs

This is the third time we have used this service.

This is the third time we have used this service. Every trip has been delightful. The drivers we have had have been upbeat, knowledgeable, humorous and enjoy talking but will leave you in quiet if you prefer. They give first class treatment. I will certainly use them again.

Top notch

I gave this review a 4-star solely on the Transport company "TOP NOTCH TRANSPORT" the driver and his partner were incredible they pick the car up on time and delivered it exactly when they said it would be delivered they also kept in touch with me as the car was in transport I highly recommend them for any transport of any vehicle and their price was one the best, which made me kind of leery because everyone else was three to four hundred dollars more but to my surprise they were superb I would have gave them 5 stars but the broker they used I would not recommend calling them at all.

They quoted me a price had me sign an electronic contract and then changed it the day of the appointment. I let them know I would not pay that amount it was not the price we agreed and signed on. So she said she would try and find someone with a better price and then called back still above the price I was quoted, but my daughter had to be in school and we needed this going so I agreed to it but I was not happy about it at all especially having a signed contract for the price so top-notch transport was amazing car USA Inc was absolutely horrible and again I would not recommend going through that broker company for anything.

Bait and switch

They specifically state in their advertisements and quote that there is no "bait and switch" tactics, and yet that is EXACTLY what they do. They know the going rates for shipping cars but they give you a much lower quote. And after you've filled out paper work and they've taken your payment info they present you with a price $100-200 more than the quote. Their explanation??? "That's just what it costs. Anyone can give a quote at any price, but this is what is costs." The lady was quite pleasant until I questioned the price being so far off from my quote ($150) and about their "no bait and switch" advertising. This was all after a conversation with the manager who assured me I would get the quote price. Needless to say I cancelled my order. I've got no time for dishonesty. Tell me what it costs up front! I would have gladly paid if they had just been straight forward.
