Been a customer for years but was hit…
Been a customer for years but was hit with a 100% increase on my premiums without any additions or changes to my policy.
Cancelled the policy renewal immediately and did the quote on the website for the policy one below what I had but doesn’t really change any of my cover and the price was less than last year.
The loyalty discount is a farce as everyone no matter new or existing is offered 20% off.
Despite the very dubious pricing and price point increases the cover I have chosen is now still competitive but shouldn’t have to go through this process not to be ripped off.

Renewing travel insurance.
I am currently with All Clear and it's time to renew my annual policy. I called the helpline as I had a couple of questions relating to up to date medical information. Ben, my call handler, was very clear, helpful and polite. I didn't feel rushed or under pressure during my call . I have signed up for a further year with All Clear.
