Great service
Great service. Easy to find the exact part I needed even though it had been superseded by a different part number (really good website).
Fast delivery too and would certainly use again for for further replacement parts for my Fiat Doblo.

Awful customer service
I was debating ordering a part and was being emailed none stop by people that worked there trying to get me to buy, ordered the incorrect part number due to being told wrong by Peugeot, enquired about returning it for a refund and 4 weeks later still not heard anything back. Funny how I was getting multiple emails a day when trying to get me to buy something

Months waiting and still waiting
Placed my order I think the 4th of July, still not recieved anything or heard anything back about this.
Can't speak to anybody, sent emails and still got nothing back.

AWEFUL communication/ updated
I ordered a part on Sept 8th. I have not received yet.. its October 2nd. I have sent out 4 emails asking for the tracking number (sent out to emails that are on the their site).. No response from ANYBODY....
UPDATED on Oct 2nd. after the reply of the relevant company.

Extensive parts database, just too slow service
I'm often buying parts and love that i can just type in a part number then order exactly what i want from an extensive database. However after placing an order it took 6 weeks for the first order to be delivered, i thought maybe there were issues with the supplier etc so i wasn't too concerned although i didn't receive any updates after i left a chat message but i got the items in the end.
I ordered a few more parts and again no updates throughout so i decided to contact them after 8 weeks on their chat message but no answer again so sent an email at 10 weeks as phones not working. I was told they needed my VIN number to complete the order. Why they couldn't have asked for that weeks ago i'm not sure but another week later i got the parts, some items very kindly over supplied but 2 items were missing from the order so although this site is a brilliant idea, unfortunately it didn't deliver on the level of customer service i'd expect. 11 weeks is just too long.. so because of that i'd be reluctant to use again until they sort out these problems.

really good oil
this arrived very quickly, well packaged. The ixtar oil is the only thing that cures the clutch pedal squeak on my Honda Civic, just reapply every 6 months. I also tried it on the creaking rear shocks and it seems to have cleared that annoyance as well. use it for your bicycle as well - great stuff.

The service was very prompt and pleasant, they paid attention to the shipping costs and made a slightly lower value.
Delivery took longer than expected, perhaps because of the problems we are experiencing with the pandemic.
