Everything was fine when I was depositing money (using PayPal) then about a week after opening my account PayPal was notifying me that someone was trying to take £20 I thought it was odd but didn’t think anything off it because there was no transaction on my PayPal account. Then I went to look at it this morning and there it was £20 taken by the trading name landleurope. Tried to contact these people only to be told that there was no transaction that they could see for £20! This casino and pub casino are the only ones trading under that name that I have signed up for so it couldn’t possibly be anyone else! Stay clear unless you want money disappearing from your account without your consent and they’ll claim they ‘don’t know’. Now on to PayPal to report fraud. Stay clear of this casino and their sister casino which is pub casino both bad, both scams.

First things first, we're a casino, not Netflix. We're not allowed to run subscriptions or randomly "take" money from your PayPal.
Every single PayPal payment has to be manually authorised by you inside your PayPal account. We physically cannot just dip into it, even if we wanted to.
If your PayPal is funded via bank transfer rather than card, PayPal can show the transaction on their side before the funds are actually taken from your bank. That delay is entirely on PayPal's processing timelines, we can't see or influence that part at all.
It's also quite simple to check. Count how many £20 deposits you made with us and match them against your PayPal activity. They will line up.

I'll keep this straightforward, as an official outcome has already been provided by our complaints team.
The documents you're now refusing to provide were first requested 27.02.2025. You have deliberately refused to submit them for a year, and it's rather convenient that you're now claiming you no longer have access to the payment methods, or that they may not even belong to you.
If you no longer have the cards used, that wouldn't be an issue. Banks retain records for a minimum of five years and can easily provide a bank statement, even if you have closed the accounts. The fact that this hasn't been done yet, strongly suggests a third-party payment breach.
Using payment methods in someone else's name is a clear breach of our terms.
The suggestion of "contacting your bank to initiate a chargeback" is also interesting, given you're claiming you don't have access to the accounts...
And just for your information, making a false/dishonest chargeback claim is a criminal offence in the UK.
Lastly, your claim that we're not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission is incorrect. Our active UKGC licence is publicly available under licence number 38758 and can be verified on the Gambling Commission's register.

The last couple of weeks been taking a break from my regular online casinos to try some new ones with all the changes to RTP etc etc,anyway thought i would give this place a try... Two links for the same bonus clicked one of them spent 50 quid and no bonus ,the chat said i didn't accept the bonus i couldn't miss it across the screen telling me to activate it ..anyway closed my account didn't really get to see how the site plays did have 100 dead spins though so who knows the chat might have saved me 500 quid guess we will never know ..i wont be back anytime soon

It was good until it wasnt
Unfortunately took my bonus away and didnt tell me why. I can understand they must have a reason for this and i will not try and question that too much. I have however also seen some of the reviews of people who may have had issues where a company representative is laughing at and insulting them in replies. I also have concerns about them breaching data laws as they were giving breakdowns of peoples gambling activities in these comments.

As for the replies you're referring to, we don't laugh at or insult people. However, I do understand that when someone posts something that isn't true, twists the facts, or just don't understand gambling, and then gets a very transparent reply laying out facts or being called out what actually happened, it can feel uncomfortable. But that's more of a bruised ego situation, rather than an insult on our end.
Regarding GDPR, a breach only occurs when information that can identify a person is shared. The details we sometimes reference, such as gameplay history or amounts, cannot be used to identify an individual and therefore do not constitute a breach.
It's fair to say the experience wasn't what you expected, and I appreciate you acknowledging that there was likely a reason behind the bonus decision, even if you didn't agree with it.

Decent enough look to the site with a decent choice but not for me.
I made three small deposits and played low stake slots just to get a feel for the site, which I do on all sites I play, on the other sites there’s a bit of to and fro before the site inevitably wins, just to give you a bit of gameplay, after all it is a pastime, but there was none of that here, from my initial deposit to my last deposit it was blatantly obvious they just wanted my money with as little fuss as possible. No entertainment value whatsoever.
I can only say it as I see it and I have played the very same slots on other sites and playing them on your site was nowhere near the same player experience as the other sites.

I'll start with the main point, because this is where the logic falls apart a bit. The idea that "it was blatantly obvious they just wanted my money" doesn't really make sense. We don't control outcomes in any way.
The games you played here are the exact same third-party games you'll find on other sites, built and delivered by independent providers. We can't tweak them, tighten them, or decide when someone gets "a bit of to and fro".
The only factor in play is luck. Sometimes you get a longer session with ups and downs, sometimes you don't. There's no entertainment slider we can turn up or down depending on the player.
It's absolutely fine to say the experience wasn't for you. It's subjective and I respect that. But suggesting the site is deliberately set up to take money based on your session, just isn't how regulated gambling works, and it's not something we're capable of doing even if we wanted to.
Gambling is a pastime, yes. But it's also a game of chance with the odds against you.

When it comes to the outcome, we don't control that. The games are supplied by third-party providers and the results are completely random. We have no ability to influence how the games play out.

Magic technical glitch which loses you the welcome bonus
Signed up for welcome bonus which was obviously too good to be true as it was a good slot but signed up and told my deposit didn't go through as a technical glitch happened and so because of that I have to play slots regularly in order to receive the welcome bonus which then doesn't that not make it a welcome bonus?
Support told me nothing can be changed due to this apparent glitch during registration and ended the chat on me when I called it out to be illegal advertising, which it is!

I appreciate that our responses may come across as blunt at times, but it's worth keeping in mind that internal decisions have been made on how we respond here on Trustpilot.
