Interestingly, I can't actually find an account matching the name on this review, so I'm left responding based on what you've claimed.
Requesting proof of ID, proof of address, a payment method and a selfie is standard KYC under our UKGC licence when additional verification is required.
As for us having "stolen" your money, that simply isn't how it works. If your funds are pending, all you need to do is complete the requested verification. If your funds have been confiscated, then there was a reason for that under our Terms & Conditions... a reason you've conveniently left out of your review.

Interesting... the details linked to this review don't actually match the name on the account.
I also find it a little difficult to understand the claim that we "refuse to pay out", considering there hasn't been a single deposit or bet wagered on the account.
As for the sign-up spins, our terms clearly state that eligibility may be restricted where bonus misuse is suspected. Based on the checks carried out, I'd say our systems worked exactly as it should.

Refuse to pay out winnings
Refusing to pay out my winnings. Been locked out of my account. They're quick enough to take your money but want every document under to sun to pay you what you win. I've given them everything they've asked for, now they want it all over again.

I'm not surprised you left out the part about the multiple accounts and different names registred on your end. That's a fairly important detail I'd say.
Your withdrawal wasn't delayed because you won. It was delayed because those discrepancies triggered additional verification checks.
As for our Trustpilot responses, I'm sorry if transparency is considered inappropriate these days. When customers accuse us of wrongdoing for carrying out checks that exist for a reason, I think it's only fair that readers get the full story. 🙂

Made a deposit on this site on Saturday with zero problems. Issues begin as soon as you want to withdraw. Items requested and provided _ Photo driving licence, utility bill, PayPal transaction screenshot, PayPal Login, address and email. Now they want a pdf of my PayPal statement. Told them to keep the money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Following on from them asking for a pdf copy of the PayPal statement, after providing this they now want a video recording of logging in, going to the statement and scrolling through. It's just one thing after another to avoid paying. Totally corrupt business. I've now given up and told them to close the account and keep the money i deposited plus my winnings. They were clearly never going to honour it. This company needs investigating, I'd love to know what they deem as 'dodgy', 1 deposit via PayPal play a few games and win, request a withdrawal to the same PayPal account. Not ever experienced any other online casino as bad as this one.

Shockingly bad. No documents needed for registration but they want numerous to withdraw making it a faff to get the money out. Avoid.
In response - come off it, I haven’t used a different name. Alex is short for Alexander but that’s just the point, you make it hard for a withdrawal after you’ve got the deposit.

Having looked into it, I can also see that one of the documents you provided shows a different name to the one used when registering the account. With that in mind, I can't really fault the system for wanting a closer look. 🙂

AVOID/WATCH OUT - Their garbage website failed to allow deposit following registration. After asking support, they updated this but TURNED OFF BONUSES until they saw regular play!!! DENYING the advertised welcome bonus. This is INCREDIBLY DISCRIMINATORY AND PREDATORY! They are scum, avoid them.
Update June 9th: They flagged the review. They tried to hide the truth about their underhanded and shady practice. Trustpilot sustained my factual review and with GOOD REASON. Look at their response!!! Who would play without bonuses?!? They lied about the fact it was a choice, I quote their exact response: "We have received notification that you were not able to make a deposit. We have now enabled your account to allow deposits, but the bonus option is currently switched off. Please note that this is only temporary. "Predatory" seems like a strange choice of word when we actually stopped you from depositing until you were informed that bonuses had been temporarily disabled on your account.
The restriction was a management decision based on internal checks designed to prevent bonus misuse. We then gave you the opportunity to decide for yourself whether you still wanted to play without bonuses or not.
As for calling our staff "worthless scum" because they explained that decision to you, I think that says a lot more about you than it does about them.
