All Clad Non-Stick frying pan - Stay Away!
The All Clad Non-Stick frying pan was no longer non-stick. Submitted images as instructed by All Clad and they said based on images, the damage to non-stick surface was due to excessive heat which is not covered under their warranty policy. What? I used the frying pan for frying bacon and eggs just like I do with my Target bought frying pans and never had this problem! This company sells an overpriced item and does not honor its warranty. I would stay anyway from All Clad products!

I purchased an All-Clad 8qt Stainless Steel Multipot with insert Dec 30 2025. I noticed 4 rust spots on the inside of the pan after boiling plain water..This pan cost $159.00..I called the company was told to scrub it with BAR KEEPERS cleanser and the warranty does not cover rust. HAVE TOLD friends and family to avoid this company at all costs. Very disappointed, sorry to have wasted my money,I was under the impression your company was premier.
Beware warranty is a sham
We have completed the evaluation of the images you provided. The saucepan shows sign of peeling due to tapping on the edge of the pan, which has compromised the nonstick and has started to peel. I called customer service and asked about the tapping with a wooden utensil. Their response was yes it can peel with tapping. How ridiculous this sounds no wonder they had a class action lawsuit for the “non stick coating “ peeling with dishwasher use now you apparently can’t use wooden utensils. Will never buy all clad again. Their warranty is a joke. So disappointed
All Clad All Crap
Make them so the pot handles don’t burn your fingers off when picking up off the stove.
Terrible flaw for such an expensive item.,
dangerous as well .
DO NOT BUY !!!!!
Baited by a Sale, Burned by the Service — If the Sales Aren’t Honest, What Is?”
I’m sharing this experience to help other buyers make informed decisions.
I placed an order for All-Clad cookware during a Christmas sale and received an order confirmation. I chose All-Clad specifically because of Mammavation’s recommendation regarding product safety. The order never arrived, and I did not receive any notification that there was a problem.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that if sale items are out of stock, the company cancels the order even if a confirmation has already been issued. In a later call, a manager gave a different explanation and stated the order had been flagged for fraud. When I asked for clarification and requested that the sale price be honored or escalated, I was told it would not be honored. No raincheck was offered.
Receiving conflicting explanations during Christmas was disappointing. When a company confirms a discounted order and later cancels it without notice, it can feel like a bait and switch.
I also reached out to Mammavation to share this experience but have not received a response.
Customer service integrity matters. If there is inconsistency in how sales are handled, it raises questions about overall transparency, including claims about materials and product safety.
Buyers may want to keep this in mind when making promotional purchases.
pan did not last even two years
pan did not last even two years, customer service said "In a review of the cookware we were not able to find or determine a manufacturing-related origin or cause" to pictures I sent. I'm sure everyone gets this canned response. Do not waste any money on all clad, they do not last, and will absolutely NOT be covered by warranty if you have used them at all
Poor customer service, poor non-stick
Soon after purchase, the finish on our most-used pan began developing tiny bubbles under the surface, which slowly worsened over time. It took months from my first attempt to contact customer service to finally receiving a replacement. Despite clear photos and detailed descriptions, the (kind and knowledgeable) representative initially said it was not a manufacturing defect — which was incorrect. We eventually sent the pan in, then heard nothing for a long stretch. Both my husband and I had to follow up multiple times before anything happened. A replacement pan finally arrived with no explanation or correspondence, and it doesn’t even match our original set. Very disappointing experience for a premium brand.
Mystified positive reviews…
I am mystified by the positive reviews for both the company & product. I purchased an 8 & 10" fry pan set online from their website. It took over 2 weeks to arrive when if I'd ordered the SAME set from Amazon, I would have received the product overnight! Calling customer service was yet another frustrating experience...the standard excuse of : "things take longer with the holidays..etc. etc."(Same price). Once received the set is about half the weight of the Calphalon Elite series set I needed to replace (sadly they don't manufacture the line anymore & currently no replacement line). Handle is skimpy & pan bottom rather poorly finished. No wonder China has us beat?!! As long as any company simply doesn't care-giving pro-forma responses instead of quality service & products...Suffice to say I am incredibly unhappy with the product & my experience with All-Clad. .
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, don’t expect their items to ship anywhere near on time and there’s no way to cancel on the site after an hour even if it’s 100% their issue. Will be returning as soon as items get here, not supporting a company like this
Worst Customer Service
All Clad cannot fulfill orders in a timely manner at all. When you finally resort to contact customer service by phone, the answer will be "I don't know what to tell you. We've done everyting we can on our end. I guess UPS hasn't picked it up from the warehouse".
Title: Disappointed — Package Arrived Destroyed
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5
I was really looking forward to receiving my All-Clad product, but the experience was disappointing. When the order arrived, the box was completely destroyed — crushed, torn, and in very poor condition. For a premium brand like All-Clad, I expected much better packaging and care in handling.
Thankfully the product inside didn’t appear damaged, but the condition of the package was unacceptable and made me question the shipping and quality-control process. I hope All-Clad improves this, because customers should feel confident that their purchase is protected during delivery.
Utterly useless customer service
Utterly useless customer service. I recommend not buying from All-Clad. Either buy another brand or buy from a retailer.

Probably the worst customer support in…
Probably the worst customer support in the world not only do the products stink, but their service is horrible. Do not buy from this company. I spent $150 for a pan and it stinks.
No customer support replies
I bought some pans from their website with a sale, plus a coupon I found online. The shipping speed was fine, but the nonstick pans were not packaged safely at all. Just two pans thrown in a too-big box, with no bubble wrap. The box ended up breaking in transit, and taped back up by UPS, so they arrived in a sorry state. The pans were slightly scratched up but nothing I can't live with. I took pictures and sent it to All Clad customer support, and no one ever got back to me.
I would suggest buying their products in a physical store rather than online.
If I could give a Zero stars I would
If I could give a Zero stars I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The company is now based in France I believe, and has brought a terrible customer service culture that still leaves me angry. My two new coooer-core pans warped the first time I used them. The company had me send them to them and then basically had their “experts” look at them and told me I had misused the product and that I left food in the pan for too long. I never had the chance to put food on the pan. I hate writing bad reviews and seldom do, but the “lifetime warranty” is a bunch of garbage. They wouldn’t even replace the pans. So hundreds of dollars down the drain. Do NOT buy. Unfortunately, I had bought two whole sets so now I’m stuck looking at these beautiful non-functional pans. Costco used to carry them but due to their liberal return policy, I heard they had stopped a few years ago due to too many returns. Avoid. I bought cast iron pans for $20 from Amazon and am much happier.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong product and refuse to send a return shipping label. They say shipping labels are only sent at 4pm. Not to mention the agents are so unprofessional. Horrible customer service for a premium product. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, shop elsewhere.
All Clad warranty is meaningless.
All Clad warranty is meaningless.
I purchased a set of HA1 anodized pans in September 2024. Given "All Clad" brand, I assumed these would be of outstanding quality and the included lifetime warranty gave me extra confidence.
Fast forward a few months and two of the pans began to warp (frying and saute). They had never been overheated, never put through the dishwasher and I definitely wouldn't use metal utensils on non-stick.
I returned to All Clad (great!) who, after a couple of weeks, gave a generic copy and paste response that the non-stick had stopped working because the pans had been overheated. I queried the response stating that the reason for return was the warped base, not the non-stick, but I received a further dismissive reply stating that I would not be getting replacement pans.
Firstly, I was annoyed that I received a generic, unrelated response. Secondly, I was appalled that All Clad would not stand by the quality of their product and their warranty (the quality part is arguable as I have recently found out that their stainless steel pans are made in the USA but their HA1 range are made in China). "The customer is always right" does not apply here, apparently. I'm 100% confident that these pans have been cared for sufficiently and have never been overheated. The fact that my other 4 pans from the same range are fine suggests a quality issue with the 2 pans mentioned but this was not even considered/acknowledged by All Clad.
To conclude, I'm appalled by All Clad's so-called customer service and meaningless/generic responses, not to mention their inadequate quality control and product quality.
Warranty on all clad PDF basically indicates nothing covered
Yeah I'm not even goinng to contact this company after reading their warranty pdf. Basically it is not a warrant. They don't even cover warping. I mean come on!. So what is there to cover after reading this list. It's useless claim of a warranty for a product. Costco carries a better warranty when you don't even take put an ext warranty with them. Now don't get me wrong, we have had this all clad cookware set for many years. And I jave gotten my money out of it. But, I just ran into another company claiming commercial grade non stick new style cookware they pitched "lifetime warranty no questions asked". Okay as long as in 5 or 10 years your company is still active or hasn't been sold and portraying by another name. The fine print comes later.
