I have been one of those horrible customers, not nasty just hard work.
I emailed them weeks before ordering and i got a lovely email back. I then weeks later placed my order but quickly realised i ordered the wrong one. I emailed straight away to cancel, and she did it straight away and refunded in full, then told me to wait until friday when she brings more out. So i did but panicked and just ordered the first boy. Again i realised i had ordered thr wrong one so i ordered the one i wanted then emailed her again to cancel. Again she was brilliant. I cant recommend this company enough.

Hi. I have been on your website but I haven’t bort any re-borns yet because I was just there to browse. I like that you have a story on your homepage because other reborn websites do not have that. I think that Aliyah is a great person and I hope your YouTube career goes well. Only one thing. Can you please make re-borns with rooted hair soon because I am visually impaired and can’t have re-borns with painted hair because I can’t see it but rooted hair would be good because I can feel it. just to explain visually impaired means partially sighted.
