As a progressive business that fully embraces change, we truly welcome feedback.
However, despite the fact that comments and opinions may be somewhat subjective, albeit everyone’s entitlement within the bounds of the law, they should be fair and reasonable.
Unfortunately, whilst you have the right to make any comments you feel necessary, we must take issue as some are not only unfair, they are also simply not true.
The facts of the matter are as follows:
We were engaged by a main contractor to carry out works at your property and therefore we were not privy to the costs you have referenced.
When the works were completed they were thoroughly inspected by the main contractor, found to be completely satisfactory and we were subsequently paid by the main contractor in full.
The item your comments referred to was not just out of warranty as you have erroneously stated, it was in fact approximately one year out of warranty.
There is no evidence whatsoever to support your claim that our Contract Manager was rude to you, in fact to the contrary, the evidence identifies that he was extremely respectful, patient and polite.
When we advised you the cost for our Service Engineers attendance, you responded in an extremely pugnacious manner.
Despite your attitude, unfounded allegations, the absence of a warranty and your attempt to defame our otherwise good reputation, we offered a free of charge visit when next in your area.
The caveat to this offer was that we could not provide you with a specific date as we didn’t know when we would be back in your area.
You accepted this offer with appreciation but you quickly became frustrated and have since taken to publishing erroneous comments, criticisms and accusations.
Notwithstanding the above, we are still more than happy to agree a mutually acceptable appointment subject to your acknowledgement of our potential and reasonable costs.
