I completed a task that took around 1–2 hours, only to have my submission rejected with no feedback, explanation, or compensation. Asking applicants to invest significant unpaid time and then offering no transparency or constructive response feels disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on my experience, the process showed little regard for my time, and I would not recommend it.

My experience has been shaped by working on technical projects where problem-solving, code quality, and attention to detail are essential. What makes my experience particularly strong is my ability to analyze systems critically — not just building solutions, but also identifying weaknesses, edge cases, and areas for improvement.

I’m especially interested in environments like Alignerr, where the focus is on evaluating and improving AI outputs. From what I’ve seen, the platform does a great job of creating realistic, thoughtful assessments using AI interviewers and emphasizing human reasoning over simple task execution. The ability of the system to ask relevant, context-aware questions is particularly impressive and aligns well with real-world problem-solving scenarios.

At the same time, I appreciate that there is room for improvement in areas like user support and technical stability, as some users have experienced occasional issues during the process.

Overall, I value Alignerr’s approach of combining human expertise with AI to improve model quality. I believe my background in software development and analytical thinking allows me to provide precise, constructive feedback on AI-generated outputs, helping ensure they meet real-world engineering standards.

So far my experience with this platform has been very poor; after onboarding successfully, I applied to three jobs right away, and received notifications to say that they were successfully submitted and would be reviewed; tomorrow will make thirty days since I haven't heard anything back from them. I applied to two more jobs on the platform over the past two weeks and there weren't even a notification for these! I am beginning to wonder if these jobs even exist!

Just did my interview, Aligner is very user-friendly and accommodating. Their AI just feels natural for a moment, I did not realize I was talking to an AI lol.
