This company
This company, run by Daniel Riley has a track record of falsely advertising their products. They show product advertisements that are "simulated".
I contacted them in good faith hoping they simply made a mistake in advertising their product. They simply stated "That was just a stop motion animation. Sorry to disappoint.", clearly admitting to falsely showing the product.
Looking at their product page, there is no mention that the advertising they show is a simulation. The FTC’s standard is “clear and conspicuous,” meaning the disclosure should be easy to notice and understand, placed right next to the claim, and shown long enough for customers to read or hear it.
Stay far away!
