Horrible fit

Horrible fit , impractical design, and uncomfortable to wear . sizing is way too off .

$100 return shipping label

There sizing is WAY off. don't bother going by the size chart its not accurate. and what they fail to state on their website is that return fee is extremely high if you are in the US. you have to ship back to Australia and it cost me $100!!! no warning of this. do not shop from their website

Really bad return policy and customer service

I had never ordered from this store and didn’t know how the sizes worked so ordered several sizes. None of them fit and I had to pay $80 to return them and they would only give me a store credit that lasts for 6 months. So now I have $2000 in credits that have to be used in 6 months and they won’t make any exception.

Slow response from customer service. But smooth exchange and somehow shipping has become reasonably fast......

Received the top & dress 2 weeks later. I'd expect fast, efficient customer service also reasonably fast shipping from expensive boutiques but I'm quite disappointed. I've requested for an RMA to exchange my size for the MYSTERIOUS OCCURRENCES DRESS but found out there are 2 different return addresses. So now I've to wait not sure how long for someone to respond back to me. The website says to return to :

But I received an email to return the dress to :

Also the RMA I requested is an exchange but there's not such indication from the acknowledgement received so I guess there maybe another round of hiccups.

I need the dress by christmas but now I'm not so sure it'll be able to make it. :(( The worst customer service I've ever experienced so far. I've even left messages on FB and Instagram but were both ignored.

Great smooth exchange got the dress in time for xmas! And the dress fits nicely! Very please with the quality. Received the dress about a week or so later.

Ordered the At first Sight Playsuit the 2nd time. This time round shipping is fast received about a week later or so and fit is great and what a playsuit cute fun & firlty at the same time.

Planning to get the She has Funny Cars Skirt to match the crop top!
