Never thought I would be able to say that my high heels had been comfy for the whole night but I can say it now

I've purchased these twice. Once was because the heel of the shoe hurt my feet and again recently to keep my new heels from slipping off a little when I walk. I really like these insoles. They are comfortable and very affordable for such good quality.

I don’t know what I would do without these brilliant and beautiful insoles. I have been able to wear high heels again without having to suffer and I also use the insoles for flats as they are so comfortable. Thank you for such a great product!

I love these beautifully made insoles, they make all of my shoes comfy. I suffer with hard skin and the insoles give my feet the soft cushioning they need. Thank you to all at Alice Bow.

When I ordered the insoles I wasn't sure of what to expect, even if I read a lot of positive reviews. Well, now that I tried them I will definitely purchase at least another pair of insoles for high heels! I usually don't wear high heels and I must say that these insoles are a lifesaver ❤ There was a delay with the shipping, but the staff contacted me to warn me about it and they were helpful and kind when I said I needed them for a particular date. Of course they arrived on time.
I wish I purchased these insoles sooner!

The worst insole produced. Not only is the product quality bad, the return process is HORRIBLE!!!!!! When I attempted to contact about my return, my email was never answered and I never received my refund.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING, AGAIN

I ordered and paid for a set of wedding insoles in January I have heard nothing regarding shipment even after multiple telephone calls (greeted with answer service) emails and even DM’s in instergam. I am getting married on May 1st and I am nearly £50 lighter with no insoles. Very disappointed.

Horrible I wish I would have seen theses reviews 16 days ago when I placed my order which I to have yet to receive and like many others before me no response to my many emails nor response to my phone calls which are international calls. Funny how I used to get a email everyday and now have not got one since I placed my order and got the email my items were being shipped no tracking # and still no products received. I do not recommend this company to anyone horrible customer service!!

The insoles make shoes more comfortable, and definitely reduce my pain during long hours of standing. I’m very satisfied, worth the price!

I actually love the product and have ordered insole five times. More fool me. Only once have they arrived with no problems. I have paid for tracked shipping, it is sent not tracked ( 3 times). The order has been lost in transit - twice. I have had to contact them to follow up on my order - 4 times. It has been delayed due to high demand - 4 times. The have not responded to emails and follow up contacts many many times across 5 orders. On my current order when it was delayed I wrote and asked to cancel as it will not reach me in time. No response (three contact attempts). This morning I got a shipping notification. I always pay for tracking based on history. NO tracking. Apparently being treated the same way five times is my limit. I am done.

I am upset to write this as I have had great service in the past. However having ordered insoles in early November for a friend of mines daughter who is getting married. I have not received them, I am not getting any response to my emails asking for an update. Quck enough to take payment though!.Unable to find a phone number.

Terrible shame!!

Ordered a pair of insoles in August and never received them. Despite multiple emails to them asking for a refund, I never got a refund either. They will not answer emails.they just take your money and give you nothing in return and don't answer. This company should be brought to court.

Still havent gotten my order.

My mom leaves for Seattle to meet her siblings on October 4th so I ordered the insoles two weeks in advance so she could take them with her as a present.

It's October 1st and despite receiving an email that it's been sent out (after many angry tweets, emails, DMs and comments), "Rachel", the owner sent me an instagram DM that there was a problem with mail, etc etc.

I told her that i've read that excuse somewhere and she denied that she was making excuses. i sent her screenshots of those reviews and she assured me my order will be received bythe 4th. I still dont believe it and am currently demanding shipping with tracking at their expense.

"Rachel" is still making excuses and I told her I will not believe her until those insoles reach my mom.

Is there any way we can pursue legal action against the company? I live abroad so Im not familiar on how to go about it.

This “company” - if it actually exists - is a joke and doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!

There’s not much more I can add to the other reviews. Do not part with your cash to these people. They will quickly take your money, then you’ll soon get an email telling you how busy they are due to media attention. That’s the last communication you’ll receive!!! You’re unlikely to see your insoles or your cash ever again!
Is this a fake site? I’m sure The Duchess if Cambridge didn’t have this trouble, if she does actually use their product!
Steer well clear.

Wanted to give zero star but no option. Theses sounded ideal and what was looking for and ordered before doing any research or reading Trustpilot. Ordered insoles got confirmation and was advised would be delivered within 1-3 working days, couple of days later got e-mail saying they were extremely busy and orders delayed unless it is urgent. Emailed and said need urgently as birthday gift and got no reply, week later still nothing so emailed again. 2 weeks later still nothing tired to run but no option to leave message, tried this several times. Eventually after 4 weeks sent email saying was seeking legal action and a week later was given a refund. Still no explanation or apology but at least got my money back - eventually.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I order 1 pair of the bridal insoles.

I got married on Saturday (07.09.2019). The day after they'd finally bothered to dispatch these. Given that they didn’t arrive in time for me to use at my wedding.

I ordered these weeks in advance (30.07) and the website clearly stated they were in stock. I finally received them 6 weeks after ordering.....

I did receive an email letting me know there were some delays but to contact them if I needed my order quickly, which I did. I heard nothing back.

I phoned them several times and it went straight to answerphone each time. I also emailed a number of times, but didn't actually get a response until the day they'd finally sent them out.

Hugely disappointed as the product is actually quite nice, however the customer service is disgusting.

I'd sent them back requesting a refund. I'm not confident this will be processed quickly.

A shambles of a company. I think they might have got 'Insta famous' and now can't keep up with demand.

I place an order last month and until now they can't provide if the item has been shipped or not. They have a lot of reason, blah blah... they are very busy.
How come the company have less employee if they have a tons of order.
You pay and they take the money without the item.
It's ridiculous customer service and company itself.
They are fake and bunch of crooks.
Don't trust on there website, facebook and instagram.
Please avoid to order before you facing the same problem like us.

Terrible CS. Can’t get in touch with staff regarding purchase. They won’t answer you email and phone call go straight to answering machine. The promise of delivery in three days is fake. I ordered three weeks ago, still haven’t received anything. I tried to call and email them for an update, but nothing!!! I start to think this is a fraud.
