The arrogance of the owner Vinny is destructive. Constantly putting his own customer down as 'retarded'. Convoluted videos and instructions. Can't use with any prop firms that don't allow auto algos. AVOID.

I've worked with a lot of software companies over the years, and I can honestly say that the support team at ALGOBOX is in a league of their own. From the moment I reached out with my issue, I was met with a level of professionalism and genuine care that completely blew me away.

The response was lightning-fast, and what really stood out was how thoroughly my problem was clearly understood — no copy-paste answers, no endless back-and-forth. Just clear, knowledgeable, and a practical solution delivered with a warmth that made the whole experience feel effortless.

I signed up for a 14-day free trial with AlgoBoxPro’s AI trading bot and immediately ran into issues trying to download and install the software. During the process, my antivirus flagged the file, which naturally made me concerned. I reached out for help in their Discord community, explaining exactly what was happening and asking if anyone else had experienced something similar.

Instead of getting basic support or guidance, the response I received from the representative (Vinny E-Mini) was extremely unprofessional. Rather than helping troubleshoot the issue, I was accused of trolling and lying about my experience. In front of others in the group, the situation escalated into unnecessary arguments and dismissive comments instead of support.

As a first-time user trying to simply get assistance, I found the entire interaction frustrating and unprofessional. I even provided screenshots of the antivirus warning and the emails I received, yet I was still treated as if I was making everything up.

On top of that, I was eventually banned and blocked from their Discord community after raising my concerns, which only made the entire experience feel even more dismissive and unprofessional.

Overall, my experience with the support side of AlgoBoxPro during the trial was disappointing. Instead of feeling like a valued potential customer, I felt dismissed, shut down, and pushed away when trying to raise a legitimate concern.

Regarding AlgoBox, there’s honestly a lot that could be said—and I know it can come off as bias—but I’m going to keep it direct.

If you have my package, you’re not just getting a tool—you’re getting multiple ways to trade any instrument automatically, all in one place. There’s a full suite of indicators, including a trade copier, plus custom-built panels that let you manage orders faster and more efficiently than anything native to the platform. Now, I do want to stress this: there is a lot of training content, and you need to go through it—more than once. This isn’t based on traditional lagging methods. It’s built around real-time analysis, so it’s different, and that difference is exactly where the edge comes from.

One of the biggest advantages, in my opinion, is the Discord. You’re not left guessing—you can interact with real people, verify things for yourself, and actually do proper due diligence. I wouldn’t pass judgment on this without spending at least a little time there. And seriously—review the PnL section. It speaks for itself.

At the end of the day, whatever you use, treat it like you would an employee: monitor it, review it, and understand how it works. That’s how you get results.

Bottom line—don’t judge it from the outside. Open it up, explore it, and you’ll see pretty quickly what it’s capable of.

Vinny the owner who claims he’s a programer, is more like a used car salesman.

His software may be cool looking, but it’s not efficient or effective.

You risk your software license being deactivated if for some reason you say anything he does not agree to. I believe he is a narcissist.

There’s way better software.

I do like the Bollinger Band indicator. It’s got cool coolers.

Vinny has been the most generous person to, not only bless me with this amazing system, but to develop such a complex system that encompasses all things in trading. Algobox is a complete system that will be the end all to your trading journey. Thats not even mentioning the enigmas, alpha omega, harmonics, and fibella dots. There is so much to this system that if you dont make money on it then you are trying hard enough. I have been trading right around a year (as of writing this post) and I constantly blew evals and funded accounts. Since joining algobox I am passing evals, getting funded and very close to getting payouts. I would not have had this chance if it wasn't for Vinny, the algobox crew, and the amazing discord trading room full of kind and helpful people that not only want to see your sucess but actively encourage you to be a better person, trader, and person of faith. Dont listen to the haters on here. Those people are more than likely to lazy to actively work and making the system work for them.

If you want to waste your time with a system that is far too complex to be profitable, AlgoBox is for you! Oh, and if you dare ask a question on Vinny's forum, he'll ban you or say you're too “retarted” to use his system. Don't waste your money or your time, his ‘system’ is total rubbish on top of a pile of rubbish. The reason you never see any negative comments on Youtube is that he deletes anything he doesn't like, total paranoid scammer.

So, I just sub to Algobox Youtube to see how the Algobox work. two days into it and he say if I understand press 1. I press 1, now someone else pissed him off and he started talking sh*t about three or four other names. I don't know who. Then there was my display name that he didn't like, and I was somehow included in his anger issue sh*t talking. I was told to go F myself. Just because I pressed 1 in the chatbox like he asked us to do if we understood what was happening in the chart. I feel unwelcome. So, I unsubscribed and unlike and left. You don't need that kind of toxicity in your trading life. I don't care if he makes 10% to 1000% profit. I prefer my peace of mind and positive energy. I don't recommend following Algobox on Youtube. I'm not offended, but I felt unwelcome, so I left. Hopefully, he gets some mental health help.

So far the only actual software that is not repainting or claims to be anything but what actually is!!! Awesome boot camp videos explaining the software and Vinny is absolutely master of explaining the intricate details. Let's not kid ourselves. This ain't the BUY?SELL signal you purchase for 20 bux. Very thorough with all the advantages of multi time frames running side by side to confirm or deny a validity of a move. Sure. It is complex at first! But if you INVEST into learning a (good life) skill.... you got to put in the work. Thank you Vinny and the Nomads!!!!!

I've had a horrible experience with this company. I downloaded the free trial and joined the Discord. I was not just insulted or berated I was verbally abused in the Discord. People including the owner Vinny piled on me right down to my ethnicity. The owner Vinny encouraged it. All for asking questions.

What I did not know at the time is what I got myself into. Had I done my research I would have known that this Vinny character "claims to be a Christian" but has there's an audio call of him calling an African American the N word. Then, further Google searches show discovery court records that prove Algobox lost millions!

This man has serious issues, stay far away!!!

I recently canceled my subscription with Algobox as my correspondence with Vinny was poor to say the least.

He is condescending and don't dare to question him as he has a very big ego and he will belittle you in front of everyone in the discord. This was not my personal experience with him, however I did see him behave in this manner to others.

Vinny also talks poorly about his competition which in my opinion is unprofessional. I own and manage a very successful mortgage business for over 20 years and I would never behave in a manner as Vinny behaves. In my opinion, if he wants to grow Algobox he should step down from being the front man as he is more of a detriment to the company than a positive asset.

The software itself is ok.... a simple understanding of order flow and market structure will enable you to easily get better results than using Algobox. The software has a lot going on and is very gimmicky with flashing lights and alerts etc.

I don't believe this software is the answer to what you may be looking for in trading journey.

I've been buying systems for some time now and I really believe this is the best one out there, not only because of the system itself but the comunity, the content, the documentation, the tech support and last but not least VINNY!!! Great dude, eaven better trader, in fact one of the best out there, and if you doubt me, go see for yourself, he has hundreds of videos trading live, while teaching (wich is super distracting and hard). I've been a member for a couple of months now and I love it! You can freely ask questions and people are always ready to help you out, pointing you in the right direction. Now if someone tells you VINNY is not a good trader or that ALGOBOX is a scam, etc.. tell them to go on a competition with him, and you'll know the truth... that is how confident I am about my guy!!

Algobox is the only tool you should use if you want to have an edge in the Futures Market, I have been using Algobox for 2 years and there is nothing like it, Vinny is a great Mentor, he is not a guy that bother with "Making you feel good" or "Babying you", He gives you the facts and straight up with comments and approach to the market and psychology. if you are easily offended, then I'd suggest you stay away, as this is for Serious traders and not emotional immature traders. you have to put in the work and don't expect to be spoon-fed. Vinny (the creator of algobox) is known for averaging down forever when he loses his trades, the definition of poor risk management. Today he averaged down 40 contracts on the rty and took a 300 tick loss, while flaming anyone in chat who criticized him for having NO risk management. Vinny is also known for revoking Algobox licenses if you disagree with him, or sometimes seemingly at random. A good example is Solman, a long time Algobox user who also started his own discord to help struggling traders. Vinny did not like the fact that he started his own discord and banned him despite being one of the few members of the algobox community who actually contributed, he was also a paying member. Another example is Mike Swartz, a trading personality on youtube with a modest following, Mike had been using algobox for years and was banned because of one argument vinny had with Mike over him promoting and making money off of apex affiliate links, and him not promoting algobox enough. After banning Mike, Vinny made his own deal with apex. For someone who calls out scammers on youtube Vinny sure acts like one. Maybe it is a tactic to lure in victims. Do not let your hate for ICT get you scammed.

- PPRZ is not new and can be found in most harmonic pattern indicators worth its salt.

Warning: Proceed with Caution! After my experience, I strongly advise looking closely at the 1-star reviews. Dealing with Vincent Marchi's program was disheartening. He appears to dodge questions about backtest results and becomes confrontational when pressed for information.

His 120 day "training" program? It's less about training and more about navigating the murky waters of disputes and customer dissatisfaction.

Most credit card companies don't allow disputes after 120 days -- hence the so-called 120-day program that will supposedly fast-track you to 10,000 hours of experience.

Contrary to needing psychiatric help, it seems Vincent Marchi's tactics are deliberately designed to intimidate and silence clients, especially when they question their methodology.

The decision to invest thousands should lead to support, not bullying. However, with Vinnyemini, my genuine questions were either met with dismissal or a vague directive to 'watch the training videos.' These videos, shockingly, dedicate a quarter of their content to ridiculing competitors and mocking others – a far cry from professional training material.

Final Verdict: Look elsewhere. Even if you might gain some trading insights, the price of enduring manipulative and abusive behavior is too high a cost. There are better, more respectful programs out there that value customer engagement and support.
